Awful in UK. Tried on four different devices all behind obfuscated servers and constant buffering at all times. Have their own branded app, which is a version of smarters. Channels constantly switching to the wrong feed. Some bizarrely hours behind. It's a total mess, don't bother.

Thieves...signed up for a 55 euro 6 month plan, but was charged 63 euro. When I asked about the overcharge, they terminated my service, claimed I never paid them. I supplied emails and receipts and bank statements showing I was in fact charged and overcharged, but they are still denying it. They are refusing to refund my money. Thieves and scammers, stay far away.

To start with they were all very friendly and helpful, once i had paid they were very rude and ignorant and needless to say very unhelpful, low and behold after an exchange of emails about how useless they are my service wont connect, logs in fine but no bandwidth at all. So a paypal dispute is getting started now to get my money back, and shut them down in anyway i can so others dont have to put up with them. You picked on the wrong one this time

They just copy and paste the same message whatever you ask. Normally I am pretty happy with their service but I was hoping to have more visibility about when they will restore it. Anyone else having the service interruption?

TV Guys and Glass City are run by the same people. Basically they're just different options. I signed up a few weeks ago and was told the EPG would be fixed in a few days. Flash forward a few weeks and it's been up and down more than a $2 whore. So I text this guy who set up the account to ask about the EPG, and this guy tells me the owner hasn't fixed it and if I don't like it don't renew. So I basically called the guy a thief for selling shit that doesn't work and blocked him. He in return shut off my service that was good through the month.

Anyone know if they are gone out of business

Had Vortex for about 7 weeks now, not the best probably works less rather than more, the VOD / Movies are very hit and miss if the links works and the weekend live TV is seriously impacted by the blocking. Better out their for the same price, wont be renewing, shame they sounded promising.

Please avoid iiptv.shop, they have many subscriptions as well as a monthly, since I don't trust anyone I thought I'd get a monthly subscription for $4.99 a month, at their website says you'll get the activation within 1-2 hours, it's been 4 days, wrote an email, wrote on WhatsApp and no response! I cancelled the subscription, it was per PayPal.

I've been using them for 8 months now. Did a 3 month sub (accidentally let it expire) renewed for another 3 months (and yet again accidentally let it expire) renewed for another 3 months which will expire in February. Yesterday it stopped working so I put in a support ticket and sent an email thinking I had let it expire again but when I checked my invoicing today I realized that isn't the case - 90 day sub from November 7 to February.

Usually they are pretty prompt in responding but we're into 30 hours and nothing. When you are on the support site there is a disclaimer to order new products to go to another site (not a link, copy and paste text) But the site is offering face masks. It looks like they are trying to create a distraction from what they do because if you read the descriptions it is pretty evident they aren't really selling masks. But none of their offers have any product available.

Time to put this out there openly. Over the last couple years numerous IPTV providers were hacked by someone exploiting the WHMCS billing module. Some major providers paid up to $70k USD to the hacker and some of these exploits were covered on Torrent Freak. The hacker has probably hit at least 50 smaller iptv providers, maybe more, that’s only the ones we know of, always asking for Bitcoin as a ransom. He usually caused some malicious damage by fucking up something on their sites so people paid him. He appeared to take a break from the scene until a few months ago.

Hacker had the perfect cyber extortion scheme going, targeting those that were reluctant to go to the authorities, and he could see exactly what they were making per month in the billing module.

Over the last few months the hacker has reappeared. Details on the hacker that are known:

He is not a native English speaker tho he writes English well enough.

He likes Bitcoin but doesn’t realize that these transactions can be traced if someone wants to trace them badly enough.

He knows the iptv business and has inside info that most wouldn’t.

He is messing with people who will eventually find him because of his sloppy mistakes and greed.

But here is the most important thing you should be aware of. He knows smarters better than many. Ask yourself why.

The mod team has seen substantial evidence that points to this hacker being someone involved with Smarters, possibly on their staff, or related in some way to their operation. Seems to be a strong connection. We are NOT accusing Smarters, but we urge you to use CAUTION if dealing with them especially if it involves server access. Don’t ever provide them passwords to your servers for any reason. He will know.

Don’t pay the hacker if he hacks your site cuz it won’t do you any good. He has hit many people several times. Comes back for more, too. Its no guarantee that he won’t leak your info if you pay him.

Take every precaution if you are in the iptv business. We have chosen not to post the evidence because much of it contains sensitive info, but if the hacker continues, we’ll consider doing so if the providers agree. At some point you have to take a stand against cyber terrorists. Don’t pay this asshole if he hits you.

BTW he can hack the newest WHMCS version if you give smarters any server passwords. You were warned.

This sells none working VOD services. He is from the uk and use multiple paypal accounts to scam people. Just found out now he is starting a iptv service. Don't give him a penny!

Hey guys. New to this stuff. I got hold of a 1 month subscription to Area 51. It has only worked for 1 day. It has been a week already. They keep saying " server issues - it will be up in 1 day".

I think tpk is either down or on their way out.....I have been seeking their support for almost a week now, with more than one plea to them......I have not had access to their stream and feel that I have been taken advantage of.....I had the stream for a week and then it stopped updating and now I cannot even reinstall.....this service is obviously dead or dying.....at least, I did not lose a lot of money.....such a shame.....it looked promising for that one week.....I guess this is all part of the game....win some and lose some.....I lost this one....good luck everyone.....

the channels are down a lot so you email cust svc but they don't respond unless it's a login or money thing. not a good service and nowhere near the same as epic streams

I've been a loyal subscriber of theirs since 2018 as their service has been pretty reliable. The last month service has been down several times (down for 3 days at one point) with lots of buffering issues to date. I was on their discord channel issue group chat today speaking out about the unreliable service this last month. Apparently you're not allowed to complain or speak negatively about their service as I have now been banned with no explanation, no means of contacting anyone and no access to my account. Who's running this service, children?
