TV Guys/Glass City Review

TV Guys and Glass City are run by the same people. Basically they're just different options. I signed up a few weeks ago and was told the EPG would be fixed in a few days. Flash forward a few weeks and it's been up and down more than a $2 whore. So I text this guy who set up the account to ask about the EPG, and this guy tells me the owner hasn't fixed it and if I don't like it don't renew. So I basically called the guy a thief for selling shit that doesn't work and blocked him. He in return shut off my service that was good through the month.

I don't know why that sticky was taken down... That said, remember also to know what you're getting into. Stay aware and informed, know the natrure of the grey/black marketplaces, report bad services when needed (you did! thank you.), and don't spend any more money there than you can afford to lose. It is what it is, and you helped here.

Never complain about a service too much. I have one that I love but has issues with billing. Every month I need to put in a ticket. But now I've been told not to submit them for the same problem. And never cancel a service before the due date orbit gets cut right off

Did you try making your own EPG with WebGrab+?

Of course he is a thief. He is selling TV programming that he has stolen. Why would he treat you any differently?
