I've been using them for 8 months now. Did a 3 month sub (accidentally let it expire) renewed for another 3 months (and yet again accidentally let it expire) renewed for another 3 months which will expire in February. Yesterday it stopped working so I put in a support ticket and sent an email thinking I had let it expire again but when I checked my invoicing today I realized that isn't the case - 90 day sub from November 7 to February.

Usually they are pretty prompt in responding but we're into 30 hours and nothing. When you are on the support site there is a disclaimer to order new products to go to another site (not a link, copy and paste text) But the site is offering face masks. It looks like they are trying to create a distraction from what they do because if you read the descriptions it is pretty evident they aren't really selling masks. But none of their offers have any product available.

SO does anyone know if they've gone down?
