Be aware and stay away from 5TV.CA IPTV, once you have paid and gave an order # , your order will never be activated. Don't answer emails or tickets, a good way to see your money disappear.

On their website I see:

$5 - 1 month

$30 - 6 months

$60 - 1 month

Poor design, filled with Google ads.

So, what do you think...isn't that shady enough? :)

Agree, they took my money. No response from them after emailing.

I can attest to having problems as well I paid them on Feb 8 Still not response to any emails and the support email bounced back. I sent a message to the E-Transfer email still no reply there too. Total of 3 emails sent .

PROCEED WITH CAUTION !

Will keep you posted on my progress on this.

5tv seems hit or miss.

I have been using for a month, just renewed successfully on Feb 22, took 7 minutes from order to completion. You should get 3 emails (mine went to junk), 1st Processing order, 2nd Completed order, 3rd Ready to go and contains your log in info.

My wife's worked for the past month too but she renewed hers same day as mine. Her order is on hold for some reason. Hers expires tomorrow so we'll see what happens.

I have to agree that support is non-existent, emails go unanswered and I've tried them all but they claim info@5tv.ca is the support email.

Last month they were using e transfer, this month's renewal payment options were only credit card or paypal. I didn't try credit card but paypal worked.

If you ordered and received a "processing order" email you can go to https://5tv.ca/my-account/ and set up your account using the email you used in your purchase. Then you can at least see the status of your order.

My sister ordered last month too, hers messed up but when I set up and went into her account her login info was in there and her one month sub expires in 6 months. So, hit or miss.

Is it shady, Of course it's shady.

Update: Wife's got disconnected on February 25. After sending many emails between February 22 and February 25, no response from 5tv and her order is paid for but still on hold.

Same. My account (that automatically got created, but no password given, had to do forgot my password) is still on hold.

Anyone else use them? How are they now? I see some have good reviews, some not so good, so just curious how it's working today...

There's a single guy running the entire show and I wouldn't be surprised if there are even more!

5TV, BobTV and IPTV Hero!

I have tried all his 3 and my experience has been very much the same as other posters.

However, the only way to "force" him is to file a complain with PayPal ( YES, never every pay via crypto, credit card etc to any one of them!), then he replies back and offers to activate your service!

But, most channels suck - freezing/buffering/loss of audio - you name it!

FWIW, some sellers tell you they accept PayPal as "friends / families). If you do that, then you cannot file complain if you don't receive the service!
So, be careful.
