To start with they were all very friendly and helpful, once i had paid they were very rude and ignorant and needless to say very unhelpful, low and behold after an exchange of emails about how useless they are my service wont connect, logs in fine but no bandwidth at all. So a paypal dispute is getting started now to get my money back, and shut them down in anyway i can so others dont have to put up with them. You picked on the wrong one this time
I can tell from my experience, never pay for more than one month. At least fr several months like that. Once you see the provider is stable, you can go for 3 months or more. But never pay too much in front. Once they got your money, the service is not at the same level.
Also, keep all of your correspondence in case you need open dispute with PayPal. Of course, first try to work it out with a provider and request refund from him.

They pulled the good 'ol good cop, bad cop,. shame the name "snook" is so fun to say. however, there are nicer services with better customer service out there
If they don’t offer free or $1 trials ... just keep looking. And NEVER pay for more than the first month.
