I've been a loyal subscriber of theirs since 2018 as their service has been pretty reliable. The last month service has been down several times (down for 3 days at one point) with lots of buffering issues to date. I was on their discord channel issue group chat today speaking out about the unreliable service this last month. Apparently you're not allowed to complain or speak negatively about their service as I have now been banned with no explanation, no means of contacting anyone and no access to my account. Who's running this service, children?

I was subscribed to Beams about a year ago. Overall a decent provider compared to most. However I had a sound problem (no audio) on a news channel that I watched quite a bit. I sent in a ticket and received a response that they would look into it. It never was fixed and as a result I never renewed with them again.

I had exactly the same situation with them over a year ago. Fortunately my subscription was due to expire a few days later. This is quite common with many resellers.

Just like in any business. Poor customer service is an absolute killer.
If I saw messages like this in the Discord channel - I'd bounce immediately.

The inevitability of things eventually getting more and more unstable over time is par for the course stuff out of any and every service in IPTV history that caters heavily to the UK and soccer crowd. It's simply the commonly misunderstood but surrounding pirating reality of the content I'm guessing you bought the service for in the first place, and a 'cat and mouse" game no provider ever 'wins" once the copyrights over it really sink their hooks in.

If you've gotten 2 good years out of a service that caters strong to that content...that is actually a pretty solid customer win in IPTV and big picture worthy of praise. Especially for the service provider model you essentially ask for and that they readily provide to make sure you get it. If more frequent server bans that take down the service/streams they run on (which are typically explained away as something else so not to freak customers out) ends up being a deal breaker for you....it's probably time to cash in your winnings and then follow the locust swarm to the next one while the getting is still good :)

I totally agree with u/Mark_Trn the service is not stable, I got buffering every day especially at rush time (7:00 11:30 p.m) they aren't solve the problem & I have high internet speed..Not recommended

Beams is a fantastic service... You know what the alternative is? Go pay BT and SLY full price, I'm sure they'll be happy to listen to your shitty moaning.
