Iconic service interuptions

They just copy and paste the same message whatever you ask. Normally I am pretty happy with their service but I was hoping to have more visibility about when they will restore it. Anyone else having the service interruption?

I ordered their service 2 days ago, the m3u they sent me doesn't work. I opened a ticket I keep getting these same generic message about the service interruption, if I had service to be interrupted I might be a little sympathetic to the situation, but they never even got me a correct link. I only ordered it to watch a hockey game that was played last night which I would have missed if my friend didn't give me a functioning m3u link.. whomever moon is can take a long walk on a short pier

It's fixed now but service still seems a bit unreliable as streams keep freezing

This is the 3rd day their service is still not working. They asked me to restart my device but nothing happening.

Their webtv url also returns a 404 Error

Man, wish I saw all these negative reviews before buying a month last night. Also got an unworkable m3u link :(
