Pekan tv is a scam dont waste your money

I signed up for pekan tv (iptv) for 3 months for $44 about a month ago.

They offered me 3 months free if i signed up for an additional 12 months ($150). So after my initial 3 months i would get 15 more months for 150-$10/ month, good deal right.

Well that payment was posted on sept 18th and since then the service has not worked.

I have been asking to cancel and asking for a refund but they say the policy is only in the first 7 days of service.

I said the service doesn't even start until November 2019 but they keep saying No Refund..

It doesnt matter if that is the policy. THE SERVICE DOESNT WORK SO YOU END UP PAYING FOR NOTHING. Save your money

Rocketstreams Response

In the past I have posted about Rocketstreams. I messaged them when their service was down but also praised them for their quick responses. The other day I messaged them and, in a polite non-combative way, told them my service was down (it had come back online after the shit-show in Europe), and asked for an update and whether or not they were making progress. This is the response I got today... "from rocketstreams sent 12 hours ago What does it matter to you? If we are up or down you go ahead and make threads and talk negatively about us. You are more than welcome to go elsewhere." Nice way to treat people who send you money.

Am I the only one with buffering on Gears???

Iโ€™m wireless and Iโ€™m running around 33 to 40 mbps. I get buffering on my newer firestick and also the nvidia shield. It happens on multiple channels and Iโ€™ve tried all the basic fixes. I see a pretty good reviews of it though. I even tried using my phone as a hotspot to rule out throttling by the ISP with my phone.

It happens a lot on the TLC channel. Anyone else?

Any other iptvs out there to try??

Helix and Cccambox

Absolute junk!

I paid over 40 euro for Cccambox and 10 euro for Helix yesterday and none of them work, both of them have given me some generic support email saying that the services are down and IF they come back up they will email me, both I have emailed to say I want a refund, Helix have yet to respond and Cccambox have said I need to give them a good enough reason even though they offer a money back guarantee? I told the guy at Cccambox that it was pretty simple and easy for me to just go to my bank and get a refund but I would rather them as a company to do the refund to stop me writing many, many bad reviews on the shitty customer service they have provided.

The fact these companies are selling there services knowing they are not working even though they claim 99.9% uptime!

Why do I feel like 90% of these companies are run by the same people happily accepting money from people knowing they will not refund and knowing they are not running correctly or with poor service.

Can anybody REPUTABLE please point me in the right direction to an IPTV that is currently WORKING, has great uptime, has great streaming quality and that does not require a box. Something better than using Smart IPTV would be great also, the UI they use is dreadful. I don't really care about 'cheap' as I fully understand you get what you pay for, i just want something that works.

EDIT: so I am now aware of the outages for most IPTV, I only just got in to this space yesterday so I don't understand a huge amount of it, no disrespect to any of the above companies, yet... The only problem I have is with Cccambox and the money back gurentee that is very, very misleading!!

This group of iptv ( https://playersklubiptv.com/ ) with the price 9.9$/month use overdue payment.

I use one month July 2019 backup , next month I leaved so in September I turn back. At this moment when i payed for this month , I was charged with overdue payment.

The direction in which these guys took it has nothing to do with professionalism .

Team Orion Review

With all the recent concern with services getting shut down and sued, and most services using the unsafe practice of taking Paypal for payment, which stores your info and opens you up to all kinds of trouble should your seller get taken down...I went on a mission looking for a service that puts security and anonymity at the forefront, while at the same time providing a great service.

Obviously this was not an easy endeavor because most providers buy domain privacy, throw up a website, take Paypal and think they're protected. After a long search...I think I finally found one I feel completely safe using.

So to start, a disclaimer. I have no affiliation with this service other than that I use it as a customer. I'm not a reseller, I'm not a provider, I'm just a paranoid customer who wants a little peace of mind when I send a service like this a payment. I feel like there's probably a lot of you that are the same way, or should be more concerned about it in any event.

The service I came across is called Team Orion. Before I tell you about their service, let me tell you about their security. So when I found the site I immediately did a WHOIS search on the domain name. It's hosted by a company out of Iceland by a group of privacy advocates. They take Bitcoin payments with no information given. This means the seller is 100% anonymous. I later asked the seller for all the precautions they took setting up, and I was told they anonymously registered the domain name with Bitcoin through a third party that specializes in anonymous domain names, uses encrypted emails through a well known private email server, and only takes Bitcoin on a platform they signed up for anonymously, and they transfer that Bitcoin to a hardware wallet. The result, pure anonymity for the seller and for the customer.

Having said that, that means you do need to pay with cryptocurrency. Currently they take Bitcoin, USDX, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Etherium, and is looking to add more in the future. Bitcoin is not hard to use, you just open a wallet with Coinbase or Blockchain or whatever else you want, and buy bitcoins with your credit card or whatever means the wallet provides. Then you go to the checkout screen, scan the QR code and you're done. As soon as the confirmations go through, your account info is sent. It's worth learning, aside from this service.

Anyway onto the service review. I've spent the last 2 months testing this.

So there are two different servers Team Orion offers. One is a North American server, and one is a European server. I did test both, but I did not spend much time at all on the European server as I am based in North America. However in the week or so that I did use it, it was quite good...zap times on channels were a bit slow but that might be because I'm so far from the server. UK sports coverage is very good on it though.

The North American server...I was expecting the performance of the service to be lower quality for some reason, but I connected to this and was thoroughly impressed. The sports and events on this thing are outrageous. There are PPV events every weekend that I've never even heard of and they're all on there without fail. For combat sports fans, I dare you to try to find an event not covered on this. It even has live Japanese wrestling, haha. Sports are glorious 60fps, and you can get up to 5 connections so multiscreen is a dream on it on Sundays.

The US section is also very strong. High def channels, quick load times, good EPG, and just really stable in general. The Canada section is ok, it has all the main stuff there but there are a few SD feeds. As Canadian feeds go though, quite good compared to many others. The international section I spend almost no time on but seems to just be there for the sake of being there. I wouldn't buy it based on that, it's up and down a lot and a lot of the time I scroll through them and they just flat out don't work. The UK section is good, I don't think I'd trust it for soccer on Saturdays but I suppose that's what the other UK server is for. For the every day basic UK channels it's pretty well covered though.

Another thing for sports, in the sports sections (ie NFL, MLB, etc) the channel names are the games that day (ie Patriots vs Steelers) so you're not scrolling through a bunch of "NFL Gamepass 01" with no EPG info and you're blindly looking for the game you want. That's an important detail for me.

Now like any service there are moments where they do a server reboot, or something goes bad and it takes a few minutes longer than expected to come back up, but that has only happened once and it was about 20 minutes in the time I've used it, during off peak hours so it seemed like scheduled maintenance that hit a snag maybe. I opened a ticket during this period to see what the response time would be like from support. They were probably pretty slammed with tickets but I got a response within 10 minutes and shortly after a "we are conducting maintenance, please don't submit a ticket" was put up in the client area so I know they were working on it.

There is very, very limited VOD on the North American server but they also sell a separate VOD service for I think $7 that is really deep and has 4K content. I bought a month and used it a few times but I let it lapse since I just didn't watch it enough. Seemed solid while I had it.

So, with the security measures in place, a really good solid service, and the amount of content on here...I was expecting a pretty high price. Well...starts at $11 for a month, and you can add up to 5 connections. Can't go wrong with that.

Overall, giving this a solid 4.5/5 stars based on what I use it for. You may have a difference experience, I don't know. But for $11 and knowing my info is safe...I'm gonna stick with them for a while.

US Sports Perfection #4 - NFL 2019 Edition

US SPORTS PERFECTION #4 - 09/06/2019

STOP - READ this message now BEFORE proceeding โ€‹

This is the fourth installment in my "US Sports Perfection" series of reviews. To remind everyone, my goal is NOT to have the cheapest set up. Rather, it is to be able to watch any and every US Sports or Premium event in 60fps FHD/HD when I choose to watch it. This could be NCAA Football, Boxing PPV or NFL Football... but I want perfect feeds every time. The fact that no one could possibly provide perfect feeds every time simply means that I need a collection of providers that between them, ponies up a perfect feed every time without having to go through "heroic measures". Additionally, I want all of my US cable channels and premiums (for the wife mostly). And I need a little catchup, particularly for MSNBC.

โ€‹

---- MY CURRENT PROVIDER MIX ----

โ€‹

In my last review, I had presented four providers that provided me with the coverage to achieve my stated goal. This month finds three of the same providers, along with a minor tweak:

โ€‹

  1. Jarvis (bought from u/Jarvis912) - Jarvis is a reseller of Primestreams. Great 60fps FHD/HD feeds of pretty much every US Sports network, regional and premium feed. These guys continue to impress me with some of the best pictures coupled with outstanding stability. Jarvis has assumed the top spot on this list because their streams have been rock solid. I've had 100% uptime and virtually no buffering. If they had catchup they would be absolutely perfect! Also, if you are a fan of VOD (not my thing, but probably some of you love it), Jarvis has an extremely inexpensive addon service called Hitman for just this purpose. Very highly recommended.

โ€‹

  1. Hydrogen (bought from u/Jcast356) - I continue to be very impressed with this service. While their offering isn't nearly as large (number of channels) as some of the competition, almost everything is in blazing 60fps FHD/HD. Their channel mix contains all of the major US sports channels that I need, but I wish that they could add the missing ESPN College Extra and Fox College Sports, for example. Channel surfing this monster is an absolute joy. Their EPG is a thing of beauty... very well populated and maintained. Their latest apk adds the ability to display up to 4 streams simultaneously (NCAA Tourney, here we come!) Add to this lots of Catchup channels and extensive VOD for those who want it. The only drawback is that I've had one brief outage and minimal daily buffering... hence their position at number 2 on this list. This service is a required component of my mix.

โ€‹

  1. Premium (bought from u/Jcast356) - Premium is a rebranding of Helix... a service that I've used for a very long time. While they are a little inconsistent, the availability of multiple feeds for virtually every channel pretty much ensures that Premium has a HD/FHD 60fps stream of everything I'm looking for. Add to that the fact that they have catchup on over 900 channels, and Premium becomes a necessary addition to my provider pool. Additionally, by utilizing the rebranded "Premium" service I recieve many "extras" (all channels, adult, etc) for far less money than Helix charges directly. Also, you can use PayPal instead of BTC if you choose.

โ€‹

  1. Cool As Ice (bought from u/Rwin01) - CoolAsIce continues to operate in a mode that allows me to call them a "Premium Provider". They have the channels that I need, in glorious HD/FHD 60fps! While CAI offers some Catchup channels, they are not nearly as extensive as Premium or Hydrogen. I have had a few glitches with uptime and periodic buffering, but nothing major. u/Rwin01 has demonstrated that he cares about his customers, and after he introduced me to the primaries of this service, I can say that they want the same... and it shows!

โ€‹

NOTE: I noted last month that I was evaluating three other services, and promised that I would report back. None of them worked out well enough to become part of my mix. Some details are below.

โ€‹

---- PRICING ----

โ€‹

The current monthly price for these 4 providers, depending upon term length, is approximately $37USD. I run them through TiViMate ($5USD/year), an app that I feel is easily the best IPTV player available anywhere (and it now feature the absolute best catchup functionality anywhere!). A subscription to Xtream-Editor still keeps the total price under $40/month and allows me to customize the lineup and folder groupings to my exacting standards. Your pricing may vary depending upon term lengths, promotions, etc. For this outlay, I get everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) that I could possibly want out of "Live TV". This is certainly overkill for some of you, but it suits me very well.

โ€‹

---- NOTES ----

โ€‹

  1. People ask me why I use 4 providers instead of subscribing to mainstream services. The answer is simple, I cannot attain my objective of being able to watch any US Sports event by using nothing but mainstream providers. The need for ALL of the US Sports regional channels means that I need to use IPTV to provide the necessary exposure.

โ€‹

  1. I often see posts in this sub along the lines of "are resellers as reliable as providers?". The answer is that it entirely depends upon the reseller. I far prefer using an honest, reputable and dedicated reseller... but believe me... that's far from a given thing. Many resellers are only in it for a quick cash hit, and they have absolutely no intention of doing any more work than they absolutely have to! All of the resellers that I've listed above have gone out of their way to "work with me" in ensuring that their product suits my needs. YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY!

โ€‹

  1. YOU CAN HELP ME. Look at my desirements above. Look at what I have. Look at who I've liked (and why). Look at the "Not For Me" list below. Have I missed someone who provides a unique service? Have I completely missed the mark with my synopsis reviews? Is there just someone else that I really, really need to check out? Please help me figure out who belongs in my provider mix above! I would really love some ideas. BUT... if you are going to suggest a provider, please be certain to tell me WHY THEY WOULD IMPROVE MY IPTV WATCHING EXPERIENCE as it relates to my stated objective above.

โ€‹

  1. A word about "trials". I really don't believe that a 24-48 hour trial does much of anything to help you evaluate their suitability. Most of these trials aren't available for weekends or PPV events, making it very difficult to glean much useful data from the experience. In my opinion, you should do your research first (read reviews, gather channel lists, ask questions on Reddit), and then you should bite the bullet and subscribe for a full month. Take the time to integrate them into your watching environment (Xtream-Editor, TiViMate favorites, etc). Live with them... and then (and only then), make your decision as to their suitability. If they are close, but not quite there... perhaps contact with the reseller or provider can get it sorted.

โ€‹

---- NOT FOR ME ----

โ€‹

Providers that have not worked out for me along with reasons why...

โ€‹

Smoothstreams - Currently under evaluation... a full report will be available in the next edition of this report.

โ€‹

Crystal Clear / XStreamZ - This provider has drifted on and off of my radar several times in the last 2 years. As of this moment, they are off because they dropped all of their catchup channels. The feeds are pretty good, many in HD/FHD 60fps. Unfortunately, they are having some current problems with buffering and dead channels. I'm sure that I'll end up trying them again in the future (I always do).

โ€‹

Eternal, Area51, TNT, GE - all cheap services that work, and in some cases offer reasonable stability... but the picture isn't good (terrible frame rates) to the point that they give me a headache.

โ€‹

Twisted - I had a bad experience with these guys. Your mileage may vary.

โ€‹

Beams, ResoluteD - After last time's writeup, I tried them again since so many people (who I really respect) speak highly of Beams/ResoluteD... but I remain unimpressed. It isn't cheap, doesn't have great USA channel selection and has mostly 30fps feeds... but it is stable. Not good enough to remain viable in my provider pool.

โ€‹

Gears, Epicstreams - These are high priced providers with terrible video quality. I don't understand the crack that y'all are smoking!

โ€‹

Nitro, Beast, Inferno, Dark Media - Expensive providers with great lineups that just lack in the stability department. I can't watch a solid hour without some sort of glitch.

โ€‹

FAB, Flawless, ACE, Vader - R.I.P.

โ€‹

---- RESELLER NOTICE ----

โ€‹

A note to resellers/providers - I would absolutely love to evaluate your service... but please take the time to really read my post and then explain what makes your product a great fit for "US Sports Perfection". Please PM me with your details.

IPTV Recommendations

Hello Reddit world!!

My question relates to IPTV and the world experiences and recommendations.

I currently have an IPTV sub that provides a ridiculous amount of content including regular channels 9000+ this includes channels from CAN/USA and international, 2000 movies and 400 tv series it has VOD and 30 adult channels (not really important)! The cost is 20 bucks a month CAD about 27 bucks USD for 2 connections.

I had my provider cut out all international channels so I only have CAD and USA which amount to about 2500 channels.

My provider is Infinite TV Service

Pros I have never seen any channel buffer

Usually able to get someone through live chat for support within a minute, responds to email inquiries quickly!

Movie and tv series selection is plentiful

Kids series content is excellent. Missing lots of seasons and episodes but plentiful. Some of the movies and tv series are a black screen with audio. New episodes do appear rather quickly within 48 hours.

Good PPV content

Website is very informative

Cons The tv series lack seasons and some of the episodes donโ€™t have the full episode they cut out after 10 mins or play a black screen

There customer service which I think is just ran by one guy named Ralph is quite short doesnโ€™t seem to want to get with the times and insists only using service with IPTV Smarters. We all know Smarters has a nice layout but lacks what the 20th Century can offer!

There EPG Guide is an absolute mess! They say they have an issue with it and are working on it but Iโ€™m doubtful! A lot of no information when scrolling through the guide.

The price is a little high for what they actually offer as opposed to what they say they offer.

There website could use a good make over especially the user login portal.

Does anyone else have any iptv providers they can recommend or have been with for some time that they can review?

No resellers posting links! I want to hear from end users!

Gears TV and Mayfair 11 month review

AS the title says I am on my 11th month of Gears TV, and find that it is the most stable service I have ever used. The channels play with 0 buffering or drop outs on a 25mb connection. The service supports apks and provides a Kodi repository. Setup instructions can be found on their website. The support time is OK, as far as I can tell, In 11 months I have contacted then 4 times, not for problems with the service, just for information. I am currently subscribed to Mayfair guide, and it is a very accurate EPG. I have never encountered an error in their listings. That being said, the Gears TV addon for Kodi shows 600 channels, Mayfair lists 244. I have no idea why this is the case, still it is the best working TV Guide I have used. I try other services occasionally, looking for value and more customizable packages. Many of my 600 channels have no programming I am interested in. The only sports programming I watch is NFL and snooker, so many of the channels I cannot report on. Have a good day. I'm gonna watch some TV.

One Vision Review

I've only just signed up to this provider and I'm only interested in sports, but for the first week of the premiership it's been spot on! Managed to watch Liverpool last night (flawless), Man City and now Tottenham all without buffering and excellent quality. They have their own app which is really easy to install (on firestick 4k) and looks very professional. Prices are very reasonable compared to others and there's support via discord so easy to sort any issues. Let's hope it goes well for the rest of the season and looking forward to watching the nfl.

My Review on TVX1

So currently I had been using TVX1 for almost 2 months so far so good on my side. Hereโ€™s my thoughts about their service.

  1. Connection - Iโ€™m pretty impressed with their service. No buffering on channels or whatsover. Got few channels with no video output. Good thing those are the channels I don't watch, so no problem on my side. hah
  2. Support - I rate their support 8/10. 2-3 hrs wait time until your queries are replied. The good thing about them is that they will not stop communicating until the problem is solved. I had a problem of connecting my PC with SOplayer and they helped me all the way.
  3. EPG & Channel - EPG is okay. Some of the channels has EPG's, some donโ€™t have. Channels are easy to find. Their layout is simple but you will find everything you need on the sidebar.
  4. Price - If thereโ€™s a downside about TVX1 itโ€™s their price. $20 per month is pricy. Itโ€™s double the price of what most IPTV services out there.

US Sports Perfection #3 - NFL Preseason Edition

US SPORTS PERFECTION #3 - 08/07/2019

โ€‹

---- MY CURRENT PROVIDER MIX ----

โ€‹

In my last review, I had added a fourth provider in order to really seal the deal. This update finds me continuing that trend. Here is my current 4 provider mix:

โ€‹

  1. Hydrogen (bought from u/Jcast356) - I am very impressed with this upstart service. While their offering isn't nearly as large (number of channels) as some of the competition, almost everything is in blazing 60fps FHD/HD. And their channel mix contains all of the major US sports channels that I need (missing ESPN College Extra and Fox College Sports, for example). Channel surfing this monster is an absolute joy. Others have told me that their EPG is a thing of beauty, but I've not gotten it to display properly. Oh well, Xtreme-Editor to the rescue! Their latest apk adds the ability to display up to 4 streams simultaneously (NCAA Tourney, here we come!) Add to this lots of Catchup channels and extensive VOD for those who want it. Only time will tell whether the quality remains, but for now this is a required component of my mix.

โ€‹

  1. Jarvis (bought from u/Jarvis912) - Jarvis is a reseller of Primestreams. Great 60fps FHD/HD feeds of pretty much every US Sports network, regional and premium feed. Also, if you are a fan of VOD (not my thing, but probably some of you love it), Jarvis has an extremely inexpensive addon service called Hitman for just this purpose. Very highly recommended.

โ€‹

  1. Helix (bought from https://helixhosting.ninja/) - While they are a little inconsistent, the availability of multiple feeds for virtually every channel pretty much ensures that Helix has a HD/FHD 60fps stream of everything I'm looking for. Add to that the fact that they have Catchup on over 900 channels, and Helix becomes a necessary addition to my provider pool. There are multiple resellers of this service as well as the official page that I've listed, and I will move to a reseller version in September since the rebranded "Premium" service provides many "extras" for less money (talk to u/Jcast356).

โ€‹

  1. Cool As Ice (bought from u/Rwin01) - Since my last write up, CoolAsIce has added everything that I felt was necessary to call them a "Premium Provider". The channels are now there, in glorious HD/FHD 60fps! While CAI offers some Catchup channels, they are not nearly as extensive as Helix or Hydrogen... but they did add my MSNBC, so I'm thankful for that. u/Rwin01 has demonstrated that he cares about his customers, and after he introduced me to the primaries of this service, I can say that they want the same... and it shows!

โ€‹

NOTE: I've got three other services that I am currently preparing to evaluate for their suitability in my mix going forward. I will report back on them after I've had a real chance to put them to the test.

โ€‹

---- PRICING ----

โ€‹

My current monthly price for these 4 providers is approximately $37USD. I run them through TiViMate ($5USD/year), an app that I feel is easily the best IPTV player available anywhere (although it still struggles with catchup... so I use IPTV Extreme Pro for that). Your pricing may vary depending upon term lengths, promotions, etc. For this outlay, I get everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) that I could possibly want out of "Live TV". This is probably over kill for some of you, but it suits me very well.

  1. I often see posts in this sub along the lines of "Why use a reseller when I can just go to the source?". Let me be perfectly clear... I far prefer using an honest, reputable and dedicated reseller. I can already hear you skeptics scoffing that this person doesn't exist, but I wholeheartedly disagree... all of the resellers that I've listed above have gone out of their way to work with me in ensuring that their product suits my needs. They have been stellar in supporting me, working with me on pricing and packages, and just being solid people that I truly enjoy working with. Thank you all!

You may be amazed at what can be accomplished when you work with your reseller to make things mutually beneficial.

โ€‹

  1. For those who kept accusing me of never saying bad things about providers, re-read this and eat your words... I simply state the truth (or my current and honest view of it) and really don't worry much about it. It all becomes transparent over time.

I'm sure that I'll end up trying them again in the future (I always do).

โ€‹

Eternal, Area51, TNT, GE - all cheap services that work, and in some cases offer reasonable stability... but the picture isn't good (terrible frame rates) to the point that they give me a headache.

โ€‹

Twisted - I no longer feel very comfortable with Twisted. Something happened when one of their official resellers (28statemedia) had a bad breakup with Twisted, and they "lost my account". The fact that they made me eat a remaining 5 month sub is inexcusable. I have had some users tell me that this was not Twisted's fault. But I got screwed, nonetheless, and so I sense bad juju there... regardless of who caused the problem.

โ€‹

Beams - After last time's writeup, I tried them again since so many people (who I really respect) speak highly of Beams... but I remain unimpressed.

โ€‹

Nitro, Beast, Inferno - Expensive providers with great lineups that just lack in the stability department. I can't watch a solid hour without some sort of glitch.

โ€‹

FAB, Flawless, ACE, Vader - R.I.P.

A note to resellers/providers - I would absolutely love to evaluate your service... but please take the time to really read my post and then explain what makes your product a great fit for "US Sports Perfection". Please PM me with your details.

SIPTVEU review

I would like to review siptveu provider and do not get confused as i did , i thought it was the siptv smart tv app .. the provider is siptveu.com and the app is siptv.eu , a bit confusing but this provider is worth a review.

First of all i want to make it clear that siptveu is not my provider my current provider is cloudspal.com but am searching for a backup since the sport season will start soon ,

So am testing several providers , i will make a reviews on the ones that are worth it , so i will start with siptveu

I give this provider 4.5 Stars and here is why :

  • Customer support : the customer support is so helpful , they gave me support via skype , and the response time is less than an hour .

  • Channel list and vod : all the channels i want are included in the package i tested , they offer 3 packages am testing the cheapest one . There VOD is good but i think it needs some extra work and faster updates , for example i tried to search for a movie called Borat i did not find it , also a movie called el Libertador did not find it as well , my current sub cloudspal had them both

  • Stream quality : 95% of the channels i tested or visited are working with HD and FHD quality , did not notice any buffer , i have a very fats connection , i noticed 1 or 2 American channels that suffered a bit of buffering and / or loops , but in general the stream is good .

  • Sport channels : a lot of sport channels , quality is good and hope they stay good during the football season .

I guess they are located in the UK or the guy that helped me via skype is from UK .

I will keep this post updated , i still have 8 days from my 1 month test , if i decide to keep them as my backup or not ill decide in the coming few days . Also i will try a couple of other providers , like hilux , tvlux, iptv007 , if you have any other suggestions please share .

Cool as Ice review

I have been subbed to Coolasice since the beginning of this year. I thought it was about time to give my honest review of what they offer. I have tried to include everything I would personally look for in the following review.

About me

I have been an IPTV end user for 2 years. In that time I have had long term subs with Flawless, Fab and Beams and tried about 10 other services. I have never run, sold or re-sold anything and have no affiliation with any IPTV provider. I checked first with Coolasice admins to make sure they were happy for me to post a review on here.

The Basics

GBP10 per month gets you the full service with 3 connections as standard. You can add up to another 2 connections for ยฃ2 each and they don't get funny with you if they are on different IPs. There is a sport-only package for ยฃ7 per month. Subs are available as m3u line or MAG. There is a dedicated IPTVSmarters app or you can use any app/program of your choice. Setup is fast and easy, particularly if you've done this before. Payment is monthly by Crypto or PayPal. No annual sub cash grabs and running off into the sunset.

Channels

The service started off UK-focussed with pretty much every UK satellite channel covered. Over time more and more US and Canadian channels have been added including local US networks. There are also a handful of the more useful international sports channels, with NowTV and NBC Gold (and apparently DAZN Canada also coming) for the new EPL season. But you won't find an endless list of thousands of foreign language channels here. The channel line-up is carefully targetted for UK/US and all the better for it. There is a growing list of 24/7 channels too.

There has been a couple of issues with SkySprts channels during the summer off-season but these now seem to be resolved with solid upscaled 1080p/50fps feeds. They don't currently have Globe feeds. EFL iFollow had teething problems last season but I think this was more of a a source issue common across all providers.

9/10

EPG

One of the best features of this service. The EPG is near 100% complete at all times and extremely accurate and reliable. All channels have neat transparent logos and a lot of care is put into the m3u list and channel ordering. This is annoyingly rare with other providers where channel lists are often all over the place. There is no unnecessary duplication of channels. Instead streams are monitored by bots and sources are quickly switched if something goes down.

10/10

Sports Corner

Something that has been taken from Fab and recreated is the excellent Sports Corner. Live sports fixtures from pretty much every sport imaginable are listed in order of start time in one handy category. The list is updated several times a day and includes sources from various countries and online only services like NHL and NBA. Despite being automated, it's generally very accurate. It's a super easy way of finding the match without having to know which network is showing it.

9/10

Support

This is what really sets it apart from everything else I've used. The service via Discord support is second to none. A small team of admins are on hand almost all hours of the day and night to respond to any issues and requests. I regularly see problematic channel sources swapped out, new channels added and channels added to catch up within minutes of the request coming in. Last season UK football blocks were actively worked around.

The guys who run it are always actively looking for feedback, channel/VOD requests and ways they can improve in order to become the best. The community of users on Discord is very friendly and happy to help each other out and give advice to new users. You need to be on Discord to get the most out if this service.

10/10

VOD

I don't use VOD much myself but there is an enormous library of movies and TV shows that is added to daily. More recently they have started to add more sports VOD like F1, boxing, UFC and WWE within 24 hours of it airing. Anything I've tried is in good quality and streams perfectly.

9/10

Catch up

If there is a weak point to the service, it's probably the catch up TV. Catch up is important to me as I am not always able to watch stuff live. The majority of channels are available on catch up and in the top FHD quality. Anything that isn't already covered can be added immediately on request. The playback of catch up can be a bit hit and miss though and sometimes programmes stop halfway through.

There have been a couple of server upgrades and rebuilds in the last few months. While it's not yet perfect, it is continuing to improve and I'll be watching with interest to see how things go in the new football season.

7/10

Overall

I'm extremely happy with Coolasice as a primary IPTV provider. The channel selection suits my needs perfectly. It is reliable and well maintained and the first class support means that anything else I could want is only an IM away. If they can continue to work through the catch up issues and maybe add the best available sources for every channel it would be as good as any service I've ever used.
