Rocketstreams Response

In the past I have posted about Rocketstreams. I messaged them when their service was down but also praised them for their quick responses. The other day I messaged them and, in a polite non-combative way, told them my service was down (it had come back online after the shit-show in Europe), and asked for an update and whether or not they were making progress. This is the response I got today... "from rocketstreams sent 12 hours ago What does it matter to you? If we are up or down you go ahead and make threads and talk negatively about us. You are more than welcome to go elsewhere." Nice way to treat people who send you money.

So I’ve had RocketStreams for almost 8 months and they started off as the BEST provider when it came to their streams and customer service. BUT now, their streams are average (not great but not poor either) and their customer service is near non-existent. It’s a damn shame how a provider can go from the best to just below average. If they at least improved their response time, it would make a HUGE difference. RocketStreams, give your head a shake...

LOL this is rocketstreams style , they were my first iptv provider b4 i switched to CloudsPal , at first i was impressed , i paid and my account got activated immediately , since i was a newbie i had to ask some questions , so there polite SKYPE admin , after couple of questions told me this : you know what , your 1 month SUB is not worth the time iam spending here teaching you here iptv and i guess he blocked me lol ... after that i switch to another provider

Wow a little petty for sure. I had rocket streams a while back moved on. Primarily the cost went up (no grandfathering) and the stream I wanted was on Saudi Arabian time zone. Overall though satisfied but needed a change. That is what we all can do. Each will find what works for you and may not work for someone else.

Rocketstreams has always been good for me until last month. I hope they figure things out like TPK and Beast and comeback strong. If not this will be my 2nd sunk ship this year after losing my beloved Vaderstreams.

I Used their service from 2017 to 2018 with very little issues regarding buffer or reliability. I'm sure me being in the West Coast USA didn't help but, it still worked well enough to enjoy.

Honestly, I would tell you the same thing... You sound like a needy ass subscriber who complains about every little thing then goes on reddit to bad mouth people when they tell you to go elsewhere. Stop being a douchebag and acting like you spent thousands of dollars when clearly you spent penies compared to the real thing. People like you that ruin the industry and chargeback their money..
