So I made a subscription for 12 months 1 month ago.. the service stopped working already and I don't get an answer from their support.. I contacted them 4 times already within 2 weeks but no answer.. they're scammers don't trust them!

12 month subscription = rookie mistake
EXACT same situation. Worked for a few weeks, then shit the bed. Paid for 12 months got less than 1 month of service. Customer support answered an email and said to use VPN. I guess it was just a ploy to buy time. Huge scam, very surprised because like OP said, tons of recs on forums, website looked legit, and customer support responded for the first week. STAY AWAY FROM GEARS!
Never buy long term subscriptions for iptv. It's the risk you take, could be scams, or they could get shut down and your out the money. Month to month is best, but if you want longer terms. I would never go beyond 3 months.
Never buy long term subs at least try 1 month to how it going
I have exactly the same experience. I took a 1year subscription in February, and it only worked for three weeks. They also don't reply to any of my emails for a month.
I agree, iptvgear is a scam, I bought a 6 months sub and it stopped working after 3.
Just bought a 1 month last week and same issue. Never worked and support will not get back to me
Sorry to hear this. Never buy a long term sub unless you don’t care if you lose money. Also don’t reply to possible scammers who may contact you offering “service’. There is no solicitation here to stay in compliance with reddits content policy.
