They claim a "risk free" 30-day money back guarantee, but of course, that is misleading. I have only been with them a couple weeks and channels either don't work or buffer very frequently. Support simply blamed me and stated other customers are not having issues. I was denied a refund. Here is their refund policy that I received from support since it is not clear on their site:

Many reports lately that this is not a good service to use. But of course, there are some customers who deny they have issues and a provider should be able to set their own refund policies. Those reasons are valid, and make common sense. Many customers simply can’t troubleshoot on their own and shouldn’t use Iptv because it does require knowledge and tweaks and no customer should expect to be spoonfed. All I’m saying is I agree those reasons are fair for not refunding. People who use illicit services should never expect a refund really, you know what you’re buying upfront. its Absolutely a risk you take when buying black market iptvs. Many people should just use legal options because they can’t expect these black market services to act like your local cable provider.
