Being Harrassed For Payment

A couple of weeks ago a friend told me about a better and cheaper service, so I requested a cancellation from this service (yes, you have to REQUEST a cancellation) and every single day I keep getting a message saying that my credit card has failed and that they've added a daily late fee of USD 1.50 to my account. Surely that's fraud?

Just an update, it seems that I can't even log in to the account to see what's happening either. So they've cancelled my account BUT whoever deals with payments hasn't got the memo.

Most automated payments system software has a late fee built in, try speaking to the provider or opening a ticket. Most Iptv resellers use whmcs automation modules and it can be set to charge a late fee when customers don’t pay on time. Also “subscription” generally means recurring and yes you are expected to request cancellation. I wouldn’t consider it fraud, but you do need them to resolve this for you. Good luck.
