3 days ago, I purchased the 1 month subscription for $20 and I ever received an email saying payment was complete but I never got the activation details. I contacted their support BEFORE the purchase was complete cause I had some questions and they responded almost instantly and were friendly asf but as soon as payment was complete and 24 hours passed, I contacted them cause I didn’t get the activation info but no response. 48 hours passed and I emailed them again and still no response. Yesterday I emailed them for the third time and they’re not responding at all. AND YES I DID CHECK MY SPAM FOLDER NON STOP BUT NOTHING!! Beware of them.
