I order a 1 month subscription. The activation link didnt work. I put in 3 support tickets only to get the same generic response from Moon. I'm over it. I'm disputing it with my credit card. They awful!

Yeh I’m dumping them as well only wanted for the sport channels and they never work for more than a few minutes at a time or not at all. All other channels work fine but sport channels are rubbish.

am i the only one who actually enjoys their service? i purchased 3 months... the initial email took some time, or so i thought, but it was actually in my spam folder (this happens) and had been sent within the hour of my purchase. during my usage of the service i've only had one issue with the channels not loading both on my tv and phone, so i opened a ticket. they responded AND fixed the issue right away.

as with all iptv services (and streaming in general) none will be 100% and practically all will exhibit some issues. however, i've had a surprisingly good experience with Iconic Streams. maybe i'm lucky :)

...and no, i do not have any connection or affiliation with them, i just wanted to share a different perspective on the service.

Stay away from them. Bought it and received the M3U but not one channel does work

I joined a few days ago and they had to manually enter my Mag box MAC address but so far service is working fine for me. I don’t really care for sports, so I can’t talk about that, but all other channels work fine with maybe a few channels being the exception.

Ordered about 24 hours ago and still no response. I wish I would of seen the posts all over reddit about these guys. I'll stick it out and wait for the confirmation email to give them a shot. But their customer service seems to be the worst!

No problem with Iconic since they ditched their VOD, BUT....the link send in the auto confirmation email never works!! They got me a couple of times upon renewal and nothing worked.

They usually send a separate email with different xtreme code credentials than the ones send in their auto response. I know it's complicated and I wished they would be a bit more up front about it.

And yes, they are also rather slow in responding to tickets.

Used these guys for 5 months, streams are solid, although i'm worried now as they haven't activated service (been over 24 hours) sent in a ticket we will see.
