Iconic Stream

Tried a couple of IPTV providers, Iconic Stream is the worst ever I have tried. After you pay, pray it will work. You open a ticket, you have to be very patient. It takes at least 6 hours to get an answer which actually does not resolve your issue at all. I asked for a refund, answer: "A refund is not possible my friend". I asked to delete my account and all personal info, THEY HAVE DELETED MY TICKET!!!!! I opent another ticket and asked again to delete my account ( I've attached screenshots of previous tickets I took before they delete it), answer was: "We dont deleted any thing, please refer your other tickets. If you want to refund, Please confirm yourself". I asked again for a refund, 2 weeks nothing happen (I followed up twice meanwhile). CUSTOM SERVICE IS THE WORST IN HUMAN HISTORY. Just avoid.

I agree, their ticket replies are generic and mostly useless. There are other providers who don't even have a ticket/telegram/discord channel, so take it for what it's worth.

HOWEVER...they finally work just fine after a month of nothing but buffering. I really like their channel line up for US/ UK/ CA/ DE channels, best selection I've tried, hands down!! Since they removed their rather paltry VOD library service has improved 99% with excellent HD+ only and just about zero buffering. 9 days and counting without hiccups, fingers crossed!!

My dads Iconic stopped working recently and all the old Telegram channels seem closed. Have they shut up shop?

BE VERY CAREFUL, I had them recommended by a friend, and actually payed a 6month ahead knowing I could loose a moth or so if something happend, well in their payment option there is BTC, tried it and used it accordingly. Never heard from them, so about 12H later wrote them with pic of BTC transfer, then they tell you its not their btc address... WTF... Hopefully they will do the right thing and try understanding where the error is, but ATM I feel like they took candy from a child. Sad, but true. Stay away!

I rescind my earlier comments. This outfit is a complete s*** show. They have just lost me as a client since they charged me 2x for the same package and now refuse to refund. IS closed their PP account although it still stated PP as method of payment on their website at time of renewal. So I went ahead and renewed as always, provided a screenshot for proof only to be told by Moon that they are no longer on PP, I should ask PP for a refund.

A month later, 15 ticket replies back and fort, plus an open, stalled PP investigation later I still don't have my money back. And I am not even going into the hideous replies I got from their "support" agent completely ignoring what I requested or complained about.

IS has the best channel line up by far (at least for my needs) and excellent grouping, but customer service, delay in replies and complete disregard to even address a simple question professionally, not to mention overcharging, make them a provider non-grata for me. Never again!
