Paid for 1 month yesterday around 20:30 GMT. It said on their site that it might take up to 6 hours, it has been even longer and I still have an unpaid invoice notice when I log in. I created a ticket with the Paypal transaction ID and still nothing. Looks like I have been scammed. Do I have any options?
I think that you stuck in a ticket too early. You should have allowed them a day. You ought to give them another 2 days. If you get no response, you can dispute with paypal. Choose your words carefully - e.g. "I paid for a service that was not received." Be prepared to get some sort of threatening e-mail, if you take this path. Something along the lines of "I have your details and will plaster them on the internet." I did this once, got a prompt repayment & never heard nothing further from the tw@t after. It depends how much you have paid & whether you'll be happy toughing out their response, as to whether to take this path.

They are a bunch of Criminals!! Paid for a subscription six days ago, even though I have messaged them every day with proof payment (screenshot of the transaction pdf from my banking app) has been received they still deny it has been paid and keep attaching a screenshot saying “payment pending”. I have asked for help, sent at least 15 tickets and all I keep getting is a Occasional Reply from a Agent called Moon telling me the invoice is outstanding.
Stay away from this lot!!
Man. Sounds like they went downhill. I had only heard and read good things about them in the past but recently have seen a lot of bad reviews

This steaming service is horrible. Don’t even waste you money. I have yet to watch a unbuffered, choppy stream yet. NHL forget it. NFL no chance.
Go with another provider.
Happened with me, too. I had to send a print of the payment. The setup is not simple and no channel worked in my TV. Scam Bags! That guy from IPTV Insider is a scam bag too, because has a good review updated.
