Been over three days since I paid. On the website it said within 24 hours I'd get account. They have yet to give me an account. Not completely calling them scammers, but at this point I'm calling it a loss. I opened a ticket and asked them for account or give a refund. I'll update if I get account.
BUYER BEWARE ! IPTV-Hero ....I became a reseller of their service July 2020 . Day one unable to change time zone from 24 hour to 12 hour format after portal loads up . I tried another IPTV provider time format all good after portal boot up. I told them that. They blamed my MAG424w3 unit. Back and forth we went and finally the admin Said he does not know how to fix this issue. Ok i am under 7 days to get refund as per web site.( I bought 50 Credits ( approx $400) or so for reselling ( Family friends). " Sure sir we will refund you" nothing emailed back " Oh system didn't do it automatically Ok we will do refund manually". I have all the email records..... " Never heard back and no reply to emails now. Kissed money goodbye. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY ! Don't get fooled by the price and fancy web site it is all an illusion.
I second that! They take longer to respond although if you are renewing, it is done promptly but no prompt response! Their monthly price is cheap and that's why keep using it. Bought their great iptv by mistake and they activated it but never received the settings for my mag! Had to spend more money to transfer the sub to the one I used to have before.

This is a fraud service. Its been 10 days since i paid my service fee but I haven't got my service yet. I created multiple tickets with their support but they were just closing the ticket with no updates or communication. I regret going with these fraudsters.
Yes I paid before the due dates and their payments systems weren't that great, and this morning I saw they took the money but my service is cut off and there is no way to contact with them easily (?) it's so frustrating and annoying!! So don't know I am going to get my service back or not (?)
Do Not Purchase. I have paid for 3 months and it was working but since December 4th I was watching TV and it suddenly disconnected the link. The answer their support team game me that they are just sellers and owner will fix the issue. Since then I am writing everyday but there is no any solution. Its been 12 days now but no any solution. So I request you all not to buy this service.
Yep I paid for an account past Sunday, 4th today and still haven't heard back from them.
