It is important to ask for a trial first before purchasing any IPTV subscription. Others offer it for free while other providers charge a very minimal cost for a trial account.
It is common that there is no refunds as when the account is activated it costs the provider money so why would it be ok for you to get your money back but the provider be out of pocket? Like mentioned take a trial and worst case if you buy a month and it doesnt work well for you its not like you are out a ton of money in the grand scheme of things, where as its totally different if the provider gave refunds all the time.
Their service isn’t bad, and they seem to respond promptly to queries, but I agree they seem to lag or buffer or show video out of sync with audio at times.
Yes I clear cache and data if necessary, I use a VPN, have fibre internet, a quality android box, and all the other things people might try saying I’m doing wrong. Again, it’s an okay service, and the first month or two I used it were decent. But it’s been going down more and more.

I just experienced the same problem today following installation of the new app. Stream and video quality was working perfectly until the new app was installed. Support staff did absolutely nothing and has not replied to my messages

he may be right. Just cause you can watch on another provider doesn’t mean you won’t be blocked or have latency issues on another iptv.
