SupremeStreams - Don’t Waste Your Time

Migrated providers 2 months ago as my previous main was shut down. So I head over to the resellers subreddit and see SupremeStreams. And for $5 a month, should be at least worth the try, right?

The service is not even worth $5 a month.

Primarily used the service for US entertainment and premium movie channels. There were backups for just about every channel, however rarely were ANY ever watchable. The anxiety from the constant buffering got overwhelming real quick on the first day. Nonstop nagging arose during the following days from the spouse saying she’s over the buffers.

Support is basically non existent and managed only by the admin; picks and chooses when to respond to customers, in addition to a huge temperament. When confronted about buffering (by majority of the discord server), just gives the same old response of “servers showing no idle on this end.”

Forget about trying to watch any sporting or PPV events. Not possible. Had to look up alternative websites every... single... time.

This service clearly preys on the newcomers of IPTV, those who are enticed by the low price tag for the wide variety of channels.

The fact of the matter is: there are so many more viable services that are worth spending a few extra dollars a month. This service is at MOST worth a dollar monthly.

I am so relieved to be done with such a horrible hosting experience.

Not using for US streams but, not a problem on my end. The price reflected the fact that they didn’t had VOD nor catch-up, but they added VOD recently. Sorry you had a bad experience...

Sorry you had a bad experience. But to say we prey on newcomers is absolutely not true . At any given moment we have hundreds of customers streaming without complaint. We try hard to answer every ticket in a timely manner but it can be difficult at times.

There's a multitude of reasons why you may have had issues. It could be us, I'm not saying it wasn't. It could be you or maybe a combination of the two. What I will say is that we offer 100% refunds to any unhappy customers and we do everything in our power to provide a quality service.

In less than six months we've gone from one server to over a dozen servers globally and serve streams from four separate providers. We reinvest somewhere around 75% of all income into improving the service and will continue to do so. We are competitive with similar services that have been around for nearly a decade with staffs consisting of 10 or more people.

Are we perfect? Hell no! Do all of our users have a great experience? Unfortunately and obviously not. But we work hard to provide our users an honest and worthwhile service. There are MANY iptv predators out there but we are not one of them. Again, I'm sorry you had a bad experience and I wish you the best of luck in the future.

I'm not a long time with them, but the little time I am it's been quite good, I mean it's a $5 service, and for what I paid i'm happy.

About buffering, I have faced some, but with VPN I was able to solve the problem.

I have been with them since the free trials and yes sometimes there are channels that don't work but there are in somecases up to 3 options for one channel (from different feeds) . But hey this is IPTV and people are free to dislike a service and we all have had bad experiences. But at least for me their support on discord have been great when I have needed and for 5 bucks I dont complain that much.

I 100% disagree with this feedback. I have been with them +9 months now, yes like EVERY IPTV provider a channel can freeze or loop but what sets them apart is they bundle other options/providers for the same channel. I don't technically understand it but, if Channel version A goes down, every time, B or C version is up.

Before I went with these guys no other provider offered this type of redundancy, the best advice back then was to have and pay for a second sub.

I don't hang out on their chat that much, because we don't have any issues, so can't comment on the chat history but I think you might regret leaving this provider, you will probably learn all IPTV providers aren't like your cable/satellite company with 99.9999% uptime, this is reflected in the price but this one offers redundancy channels at a competitive price.

Do you mean supemestreamslive ( there site ) if yes then i also experienced some bad experience with them specially support . I moved to cloudspal hosting for the past 6 months and am 100% happy since support is a must for me.
