ProgoTV

Had this service ever since Gears went down. It's $30/mo (but I use a coupon code for $10 off every month). Overall verdict... pretty good. I use the Tivimate app with it.

PROS: Get all the USA channels, including many local network broadcasts (that's all I care about), sports, NFL Sunday ticket, PPV events, etc. Also has a bunch of other countries' channels and 24/7 channels. For the most part, no buffering, and high quality streams. Has support through website and fb group. (Don't think they have discord)

CONS: The EPG data is consistently down. It will be perfect for a few days, then no information on the guide for another few days. This cycle occurs all the time. That's my biggest problem. Other issues with the EPG is the data is inaccurate or a few hours offset. Probably 50% of the 24/7 channels don't work. Which I don't care but if you're going to offer it, it should work. It has had serious buffering issues during big events. During the college football national championship it buffered literally every 10-15 seconds. I used another method to watch the Super Bowl. I did watch the McGregor fight with no issues, though.

Overall, pretty decent, although the EPG issues are a dealbreaker for me.

20 dollars a month would be consider a high end price, which means your epg should be top notch not going down ever

$30 per month is outrageous especially for something with epg issues consistently.

I hate progo because everytime you want to buy a new 30 days that shit is never on the website when you need it and tech support is terrible now nobody picks up and I dont prefer the email method because I dont want to wait a whole day for response currently looking for a new iptv that's actually reliable

ProgoTV is overpriced garbage. Reg 30/month. have to enter coupon monthly to reduce to 20/mo. EPG always has no information for channels. Channels constantly down. Mods want you to report channels on discord chat whenever you noticed it. Seriously would need to report every channel. Constant buffering issues. Go for one of the other providers like SportzTV for 1/3 of the price. Flawless and EPG always works.

Are there any good $5,$7 IPTV services that are good?

Thanks for this review! I'm still looking for a decent gears replacement. I was considering Progo but now I won't try it. I tried Pubtv right after gears went down but it didn't turn out well.

What you're describing should cost $30 - $40 for the year.

I have paid for and tried over 15 different iptv services over the last 3 months - at all different prices. The only one I have found that is anything close to having regular cable, is $25 a month, which includes there own epg and iptv player (SOPlayer) . I never have to worry about buffering because it literally never buffers; but every once in a while one of the HBO channels will be down completely - but comes back up a week or two later.

Out of many services - this is the only one I could find that actually does what all the other IPTV peoples say.

~ The downside is the tech support is non-existent (but you never really need it) . And the price is a little high - but I don't mind as long as it works when I turn on the TV.... and it always does!

PS - Thye also have the best catch-up I could find, and do have a decent streaming of new moview and TV shows (and that incl in the $25 a month.

I was a MOD at progo aka HoGo TV. Was there for almost year. They kicked me because I didn't like something they are about to implement with the update they've been running. And they run updates it seems during prime time hours which makes the channels buffer.

Don't buy this service. it used to be good but now its awful. I've opened up multiple tickets but never got a response. my service is completely down now and I have ten more days left before it expires.

IS Progo just Nitro TV rebranded? If it is then you should look for another service.
