Wow... All this drama for what, $10? And you risk losing good reputation for your business? It's not even about who's right and who's wrong anymore now. New customers who do even basic Google search on your business name will find this and make up their own minds.

What I will say is that before I became a reseller I used Jay/BIT media and always had a good response from him.
Granted he has become very large now and that might be why it's harder for him to manage everything.

At first they were really slow to reply to tickets, it usually took a day (24 hours) to reply. But when I wanted to switch services they went from taking a day to reply to almost a week. I sent them bitcoin

Or are you going to say they scammed you too and they are incompetent as well? 😂 I posted the link here but you sent me that on the ticket today on our website saying it was proof for your transaction. We have used coinpayments.net since day 1 for our payments via bitcoins. And everyone receives a receipt from coinpayments.net after they have paid the invoice. Where is yours?!

I have been subscriber with BitMedia for around 1.5year. I didn't renew 6months but it wasn't because "bad service". At the beginning (2years ago), I got some challenge to make my IPTV service working and the guy behund BitMedia helped me out. I even referred poeple to him because great service. Now, I am ready to come back to IPTV and BitMedia was the 1st provider to come to my mind to make business again.

Been using BitMedia, for around a year and a half now. Always had #1 costumer support, I tried Premium,RAD,Eagle,Plex and some other service from them.
Never had problems other than what's beyond the seller controls, funky channel, stuff out of sync etc... Other than that nothing, I messaged the owner personnaly a couple times over discord and always had replies, same goes for the support team online.
Looks like OP should learn and wait before making wonky decisions on his orders. Use the proper orders of doing business next time.
