Worldbilling overall service POOR

Signed up for IPTV service with this seller on the 8th January and by the 9th I was having issues with the service. It's actually unwatchable, so after a few interactions with their feisty support and not reaching anywhere and the seller refusing refunds. I had to take the matter to Paypal to get back my money. Strangely, they only give 12 hour service and it was good during that time but after I warily took out a one month service it stopped working the next day, channels dropping, extreme buffering, everything except watchable service, and the gall to tell me that I must expect anything from IPTV services so NO refunds, NO MATTER WHAT. Stay away from them !!

There's no refunds for 99.9% of services, if you can't afford a losey 5 - 15 bucks a month to try the service you shouldn't even bother. Go back to cable.

As a member of the team I would like to comment on this situation. First of all worldbilling is our billing portal which not all teammembers have access too. Therefore we use forums for complaints.

In the activation email with the account URL it states only to open tickets for account or billing issues and use the forums linked to report issues. We sell multiple services so each has it's own section and team members have access to this aswell to there is a quicker response on complaints.

All services can have a bad day, we all know this with IPTV. The OP opened a ticket about the issues and ofcourse gets directed to the service forums. Then he started demanding refunds and stating to open a PayPal claim. The discussion went on for a few replies and the OP did not bother to report his issues on the forums.

OP throwed in some loose arguments like "my Netflix is running fine", while I already told him the service may had a bad day or it might be just the channel or LB the streams was on. Who knows, OP did not report.

OP also did not bother to try the service for a month, or even 7 days and already demanding refunds. At that point we just rely on our TOS.

About the PayPal claims, we didn't even bother to reply to them because we don't care about the €22,-. We just don't waste energy on customers like OP. You're buying a cheap IPTV service, not a premium cable service.

Anyway, good luck with complaining at other providers the second there is an issue and you expect magic to happen in a snap. Doesn't work like that. I advice you to read very well into IPTV services, what is it and how it works. Judge a service over a longer time, not two days.

Most Iptv services seem to be like that. If you find a good one, stick with it. Also you'll get no sympathy here (as you can see from some of.the other comments on this sub in general anytime someone has a complaint) 75% of users on this sub are sellers and re-sellers lol

i to got takin by iconic streams,paid for a month through paypal a week ago. i have sent countless emails but no reply!!!!! and this was after reading positive reviews, so much for that!!
