I made an account, added my service to the cart, and then chose to pay by bitcoin... the panel errored and would not give me an address to pay. I created a ticket and informed them and they sent me back a bitcoin address and told me to notify them when payment was received. I did this and they activated my account.
Okay, not a big deal, they have a small glitch in their payment system, no problem. Well, I go into the panel under active services and copy the m3u url there and pop it in my browser to download it. 404 error. Ahh... okay, I try to use wget to download it. 404 error. I create another ticket and inform them the m3u URL is giving 404s and they tell me "that's because you are not using the correct m3u address," they than gave me an address completely different than listed under my active service. Alright, no big deal, so I try to download it via the new URL they gave me, 404 error. LMAO. This is when I decided to cancel and the moron messaged me back telling me that URL has to go into a IPTV app to work, that it wouldn't work with a browser. LMFAO, and that right there folks is everything you should need to know to avoid these idiots. They think IPTV apps have some kind of special request built in to retrieve the m3u that wget, curl, or any browser doesn't? They are fucking morons.
My best guess is they fucked something up when they had to manually activate my account after their broken bitcoin payment system didn't work correctly. Either way, a host that doesn't understand a 404 or how that m3u file should be served up should be avoided, fucking hilarious. They are definitely amateurs. I've used a lot of different hosts: vaders, helix, rad, dark, beast... never had a single problem with the payment system or with them serving up an m3u file, lmao, but these guys can't even activate an account correctly and provide a working m3u URL.
Again:
-
Bitcoin payment system was broken and had to be sent an address manually via a ticket.
-
m3u URL shown under active services in panel was apparently wrong, so that's another strike against how they set up the panel incorrectly.
-
They have no fucking idea how the m3u file should be served up.
And btw, my main now is RAD and I'm loving it. Best I've used so far, I highly recommend it. No problems, high quality streams, and no buffering.
Yikes
