DarkMEDIA - Avoid

- They were hacked {Still no info about what info was compromised. eg subscriber info, credit card info}

- It takes 10 hrs for support on a non emergencies.

- No compensation for days of TV outages, started with there app, then the service itself.

- Customer service takes day(s). The fastest response I have gotten was 10 hours.

- Buffering issues on weekens

- Canadian guides often blank, and resolution is terrible definitely not 1080p

Yea I canned DarkMedia a while ago. Seems like everyday they have a "server reboot". Annoying. Plus my new provider is cheaper and service has been kickass. lol

is true whit response ,they answer very late,I was customer for near one year, now I give becouse I ifiind a better alternative an more cheaper, never have problems whit the new one plus I don't have block over weekend in u.k

Dark Media is one of the worst. I had them for a few months and big Yikes on quality and their support is a joke.

I've had them as one of my IPTV services for a while now and never really had any issues. There was a little hiccup a couple months ago but its been fine since. I've found support is pretty quick especially if you use the Telegram channel. The fact that they have their own braned app and apps for iOS is a major plus as well.

I did a trial with them 2 months ago, did not sub because all their Canadian channels were SD.

What would you class as an "Emergency" in the IPTV world lol! It's TV for god's sake, and not a matter of life and death.

  1. I know on telegram they said NO CC info was comprimised
  2. You can generally get quick answers if you use their recommended telegram 3) Dont think too many IPTV providers provide compensation for downtime 4) Buffering? You may have device, internet issues on your end.

My service has been pretty good with them. I pay a few bucks to my IPTV providers to provide good streams with minimal downtime, which they do. I see on numerous telegrams and discords that some customers do zero research, don't provide the correct info, have old crappy devices with modded apks, etc and expect to pay a few bucks to get perfect service with zero hiccups. ITS IPTV; it aint perfect, you may want to try cable. A lot of your issues appear to me to be user error/lack of research.

I use dm as a backup service Everytime I've used it, it does it's job.

A few popular providers from primestreams, helix were hacked in the last month or so

1080p? Prime streams has 720p streams on most channels. Most are 720p60.

I've been with them for about 4 months now. There was 1 issue with password reset but now that they use telegram to chat for support it's super quick..very happy with them.

I don’t have any problems with Dark Media. The panel was hacked. Usernames and passwords. Nothing else (to my knowledge). The forcibly changed passwords and sent out emails. I use a reseller. I get great customer support.

No complaints from me. IPTV is what it is & they’re all far from perfect. I always regain 2 services at a time to combat downtime.

I’ve had them now for over a year and the service has been good with excellent quality streams of mostly 1080p. They have recently had a few issues but for the most part have usually been a pretty solid service and support on telegram as well tickets submitted have been reasonably addressed.
