- It takes 10 hrs for support on a non emergencies.
- No compensation for days of TV outages, started with there app, then the service itself.
- Customer service takes day(s). The fastest response I have gotten was 10 hours.
- Buffering issues on weekens
- Canadian guides often blank, and resolution is terrible definitely not 1080p
Yea I canned DarkMedia a while ago. Seems like everyday they have a "server reboot". Annoying. Plus my new provider is cheaper and service has been kickass. lol
