Don't trust them

Question

I tried Beast TV twice for 1 month periods. after the second I felt I hadn't given it a proper trial so paid $40 for 3 months. 4 days later I hadn't been activated and asked why. I was told my payment hadn't been received even though my Visa had been charged 4 days earlier. I was upset and said cancel the account and return my $40. They said it was cancelled. When I then asked where my $40 was they said I had used it, even though they just had said it had not been activated.

There's no way I can find to get to someone higher (not surprised).

First of all, call Visa and dispute the charge.  Secondly, who did you buy it from?  There are a ton of resellers, you need to be more specific.

So weird. I bought BeastTV yesterday and I have no issues. But the only options to pay were either PayPal or BitCoin so I'm wondering if you did it through there official website

As others have said this is on your asshole reseller.  Has nothing to do with the provider.

I have been with BeastTV month to month for 3 months now.  No serious issue.  As far as the service or quality I am new to IPTV so really don't have anything to compare it too.  I do like the price for 4 connections (thats what they told me)

Totally disagree, beast IPTV is very good. Never have issues. Use Beast not the resellers. There support is solid thru Telegram. Quick resolution with accounts. And there hosting responds quickly , I had over paid a few months ago, identified the issue and was refunded in minutes . Amazing service.
