Well....reporting a channel is not an issue. Asking for help never an issue...not following rules big issue.
You were banned by two of the services weeks apart, it might be u not them.
Posting in wrong sections over and over, annoying to mods may not get help but will not get banned.
Asking for help on two of the discords at the same time, waste of time but still will not get banned.
Crying wolf that your IP was banned and posting it on the discords is bad for business and client moral... YOU MAY get BANNED.
Issue was VPN, few clients have been reporting services has been banned by their own ISP in the last few weeks.
If you took 30 seconds to search through msgs you would have known what the issue was.
If you would have asked anyone in the proper group you would have gotten an answer.
If you would have used BOT help you could have probably gotten an answer.
Crying Wolf that the person that runs the service banned you all over discord well I guess you got what you were asking for.
Your first mistake was paying ahead for multiple months. ONLY pay month to month...for this very reason, amongst others!
I imagine it's insanely annoying to have someone reporting channels that are down all the damn time. I've been in discord servers where there's always one guy who's just listing channels that are down. I'm sure you think you're being helpful but man that would be annoying after a while. They can see when a channel is down. Guess everyone is different though, I'd personally get super annoyed by that.
You have to stop expect A+ customer support though. You're one of thousands of customers, they aren't gonna miss your $10 a month or whatever you pay. They want low maintenance customers, not customers that are blowing them up with tickets and messages all day long.
Anyway hope you find a better fit somewhere else.

The Mods helped you by telling you to use a VPN since they do not have access to the XC panel.
The issue would have been investigated by the people who actually run it but you did not give them a chance.
You were ONLY kicked from discord for stirring up crap about your IP being banned and in the wrong channels to boot.
Lastly you were NEVER cut off from the service and you STILL have an active account if you use a VPN.
Even though you started a bunch of Reddits complaining about how u were abused and making the service look bad due to your impatience the owners are still honoring their commitment to you imagine that.
The DISCORD ban could have been a temporary one but you were relentless.

The service is rather good in my estimation. Hate to see decent services get trashed because people don’t follow directions. It’s a solid service and cheap.
They absolutely are not terrible. Fair price, above average service, nearly perfect uptime, responsive customer support. One of the best overall providers I've used. 7+ day catch-up on most US/CAN/UK channels. I've been with them longer than anyone else. A reseller of theirs was the first service I used, and I've been with them ever since (6+ months).
