They are amateur and cannot handle any kind of load. Never seen an IPTV service so proud to have an NFL game with 10 viewers and no buffering. Apart from me, of course.
Any prime time event is lucky to even load and if it does, there's continual buffering and looping.
Many channels SD, quite a few HD 50/fps though.
Obfuscate their Kodi code with base64. Hiding something?
They do _not_ offer an m3u. You can find it here: vuemedia .tv/api?action=portal - base64 it
Support is decent but they generally come across as "It works for me" and that's it. Rarely helpful. Think they're big men.
Promised a refund, but never sent. Personal email spilt all over the Telegram group "proving" it was sent. Then kicked out the group. They don't appreciate being told the service doesn't work. Who am I to think a support chat was about getting support...
I would test for a day during something that's expected to draw in a lot of viewers to make up your own mind. Or don't. It's not worth wasting your time.
Check out theherotv.com Went to my main after helix shut down. Helix was my main. Oh well. Learned not to buy yearly plans now.
