I disagree. I've used several services, and BY FAR, Streams For Us is the best for support. They have at least 4 admins (including the owner) who do their best (nearly 24/7) to get folks out of issues and into a good experience. Yes they have had their share of recovery problems due to the recent hit, but they have recovered nicely and are still the cheapest IPTV service that I have discovered. As far as up/down time, about average for any service that I've tried. They all have issues, but for $7/month.. aint' complainin'

I total agree with you, most of their UK channels don't show and those that show buffer a lot . Shit service.. Sadly I paid for a year .. 😣

I tend to agree. Most of the people I've refered to that service were in it for NHL and PPVs. NHL has been pure garbage since the beggining of the season. No sound, wrong game, etc. When you report it, they fix it (when it's possible) but I mean, I have to report every game, every day... The whole team is US based so they've put a lot of energy on US and mainly NFL (which makes sense if that's where the bulk of the clients are). I don't watch NFL so yeah.

Man I always loved them, never had to use chat for help with anything. ESPN started acting up during NFL games, so I went to chat followed the rules for reporting Channel issues and the admins kept joking around in chat avoiding the question and then say they didnt see it when I posted it in two different spots to make sure it was seen. I get banned for calling them out on it. LoL they are joke. Must have kids as chat admins

I had a year and for nearly 6 months it was my main because Helix was so inconsistent. Then they just removed UK sports and the international channels were always down so couldn't watch any soccer. Obsolete to me overnight

I didn’t like the statement they made about the raid but they did regroup after some down time and they kept serving their customers. They didn’t cut and run. I think it’s well worth $7 for 2 connections. It’s not perfect and the and catch-up and epg needs some work, but other than that not bad a channel will buffer from time to time I just change channel then change right back and it will refresh no big deal. Before the raid I thought they were much better. But have been totally rebuilding so i get it it’s $7 can’t complain
