Channels mostly down, no customer support or any reply for 7 months, they even mention a 24/7 support on their website.
Just tried to contact them with a unknown email address for more info on a subscription purchase and guess what...I got replied immediately. Even they lack on support they are still able to spam me with their discount promotions emails.
