Here we go again there is no chance of 4k 60fps providers simply do not have the infrastructure of bandwidth it costs streaming providers millions of dollars to develop the infrastructure to stream 4k content reliably.
I've tested a fair few IPTV providers and I can tell you from experience that most if not all don't even have high bitrate genuine 1080p streams let alone 4k, now I almost guarantee that you will see people posting that we already have a ton on 1080p streams but look at them.
These so-called streams are mostly upscaled lower bitrate streams look at a lot of the sky sports streams taken from a low bitrate 720p 25 fps source but they are supposed 1080p 50 fps, it simply does not work like that.
When it comes to IPTV keep your expectations low and remember how much you are paying.
