Am with iptv007.com for a long time , i go from month to month and never faced an issue with them, there customer service is very good and there streams are one of the best that i have experienced , for sure there was a mistake or check your spam folder . The best way is to contact them, there customer service reply in couple of hours

I've ordered a month with them (or a reseller not sure) and quickly realized it wasn't for me. I've asked for a refund and got it without any questions.

I ordered today for a 7 day trial and got service within a couple of hours.

I paid for 3 months had initial problems they offered a refund no problem but did get the problem fixed for me and I am still using it as a back up service.
