So I heard some good things about SRS and my neighbour swears its the best service hes ever used. Having witnessed it at his house i thought id give it a try. I signed up a few days ago and made payment for a 6 month sub. My invoice shows as paid but since the payment went out i havent had any communication from them at all. I can log in to see that my service status is "pending" but i cant access the portal or download an M3U. I opened a support ticket to see if there was an issue but no repsonses to that either. Looks like £35 quid down the drain. I know this isnt a review but wanted to share my experience.
Update: SRS got back to me after a few days. Not sure what the delay was but I've got it up and running now. Seems to work well, not had any buffering at the moment. Only thing I dont like is most of the UK channels are lumped into one category. Music, kids, lifestyle, documentaries etc are all in one category. They have seperated the sports and movies at least. Just in time for the Champions League final too.
might sound obvious...but did you check your junk/spam folder?
also did u input your own username and password when signing up? (not talking about the website user/pass). u can get playlist or app from neighbour and just switch in your info to see if it works.
