It was bad from the start. I got a trial. Everything was good. I wanted specific things. Mainly sports packages that listed every game and pay per view events that did the same instead of the same section everyone else has that just has links that say MLB 1-20 and you have to click them all looking for something.. I had came from being a Gears TV reseller with a handful of customers and wanted them to have a similar experience with my service so I was very picky about what I needed.
He said he had all of that but didn't have Catch Up TV. He ended up offering me $500 for 500 credits with Super Reseller panel so I could have my own resellers... I had already been looking at something else that had everything I wanted, but the price was so good that I jumped on it.
I think I bought in on Friday. On Saturday there was a big fight on PPV. I couldn't find it and I messaged him and asked what was up. I was like look, I told you exactly what I need and you said you have it all. Could he help me.. He said "it's Saturday, I'm at a hockey game and I'll get back to you Monday. You didn't have no complaints when you took the trial".
I told him there's no way I could switch my customers over from Gears to this. They would be lost. He responded with something about me having buyers remorse and crying and that I probably spent all my rent money... He was being an a**hole for no reason. We went back and forth for awhile.
I finally ended up telling him 'look b*tch, I don't need your attitude. I just need you to support your sh*t'..
Never talked to him again. Emailed their support once to ask a question. I'm pretty sure it was him but he just pretended he was someone else and responded. I sold one sub and it went down so I ended up having to give the customer another sub that I paid for. And at that point I went with the other company. But still had the reseller panel with him and 498 credits.
About a week ago I could no longer log in and I contacted him through facebook and he started talking sh*t saying he is the one that got f*cked and they f*cked him over too... But he's still the contact over there and runs all their emails and pages. It seems that he may have gotten his service working now, but this guy is just a piece of sh*t. If that's how he treats the people that work with him I feel sorry for his customers.
why are there so many a-holes in the iptv world. are they all relatives. they say whatever they need to and then cry when they cant perform. they dont answer emails. just bad culture.
