Hi everyone!
My name is AJ, a newbie to IPTV service and had been looking for a reliable service for mainly English channels and South Asian channels for my parents. I was hopping from trial to trial testing out services until I landed on Rocket Streams. Not only did they provide a 24 hr trial, they were helpful in guiding me to setup. In those 24 hrs, I experienced no problems, no buffer (my device is ethernet connected), and I was satisfied with the channel selections so I decided to sign up with them. Rocket Streams has an amazing VOD and TV series section for English and even Hindi. The EPG on Rocket Streams is great as well, though on South Asian channels it could take a few mins for the information to load which isn't a breaker for me. Rocket Streams doesn't do auto renewal, but they do send you an email to remind you to renew with ample time before your service expires. I also like that they do discount promotions for customers. The service is already cheap, but it becomes cheaper which is lovely.
When I had streaming issues with one of the NBA Playoff games on TNT, I had many backup options like Canada TNT, TSN (Canada sports), and NBA channels. Usually, many of the sports channels have a backup channel. My parents have access to South Asian channels so it keeps them happy. I only had one time where English and Hindi channels had a problem showing up, but that was because of my device. When it happened, I put in a support ticket with Rocket to resolve the issue, they responded within the hour, and did everything they could until I realized it was my device's firmware that needed an update. After i updated it, everything was normal as usual. I commend Rocket Streams for their time and effort put in even though the problem wasn't on their end.
Service - 9/10 EPG - 8/10 Customer Service - 9/10
24 hours is not enough for a proper review. Most of the providers will have a different server for trials, where everything is running nice and smooth, their support will be superb. Give it few weeks to a month, then review it again.
