Problem with Helix, looking for alternatives

Hello there,

Although Helix support has been extremely diligent (10 / 10), providing fast and detailed response, unfortunately their service has not been particularly reliable for me. I'd like to point out that I only require Latin channels, since I'm from Colombia; however their Latin feed freezes every now and then. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

My connection is wired / ethernet; and I have 300mb premium bandwidth. So I'm confident my connection should be more than enough.

I wonder if you know of any good IPTV provider for Latin Channels?

Better to get a provider that dedicates in it, than one that pushes football and english channels. Multi-language stuff is just an "extra" with those providers.

If you're worried about copycats, etc, resellers should be messaging you telling you just how awesome they are.

I use 1vision and helix as a back up, recently I have some issue with helix, dome channels freeze from time to time. However, 1vision worked well all along. I believe they both use the same source of IPTV.... :)

I have Helix as a backup at my office, I don’t use it much , but the few times I used it it was no good experience but watching tv at the office is not so fun either ! At home I have iptv007 for 6 months and it’s worth the try ,did not face any serious problems in this 6+ months , I suggest you give it a try ( I run it on iptv smarters )

If you are interested in Latin channels try liketv or megatv best Latin channels I ever had. They have also USA channels but the Latin lineup is great

Take a trial of the Gold package on www.iceiptv.eu - nearly 300 reliable Latinos channels. All stream smoothly

Strange to hear negative review about helix , been with them for sometime now and am so satisfied from there service both stream and support , so far ive been over 6months with both helix and IPTVCLOUDS and both are doing gr8 for me . did you try to use a vpn ?

Yo uso Nitro pero es bien caro. Era bueno hace unos meses pero ahora se freezan los canales a cada rato o salen sin sonido. Cómo alternativa tengo LatamTV que son solo canales de Colombia y otros países de Sudamérica pero no son full HD. La estabilidad es relativamente buena pero tienen un retraso como de 2 minutos. Más que todo veo Win Sports. Cuesta 10 por mes.
