I started using http://TVX1.com about a month ago because I realized the issues I was having with Vaders wasn't just on my end despite their insistence.

This subreddit and the poor reviews for Vaders is what made me realize and start looking for another provider.

I tried several different ones, all the ones that offered a free trial of 24 hours or more. My two biggest things I wanted in a provider were obviously flawless bufferless streams even during peak times. This factor alone whittled down about half of my list.

Then to get the best of the best, I wanted a provider that would respond quickly to any issues I may have had. So I made up issues to mail them about and see how they walk through it and how much effort they would put into actually trying to help me. Pretty devious, I know, but it's an important thing for a long term customer like me.

Now it wasn't all just for me since I'm sharing my experience. TVX1 was the shining star in this regard. Everyone else would take 4-24 hours to respond, even if they had replied 2 minutes before. TVX1 seemed to be sitting their waiting on my reply about the made up issue.

Maybe it's because they're somewhat small scale still, that they're able to provide such awesome one on one service, but if they're able to keep up this level of customer service I will be around for quite a while. This could also be advantageous because I see a lot of the bigger sites being targeted by law enforcement now.

So in my book at least, http://tvx1.com gets a 9.5/10. With them offering a 3 day free trial, it's definitely worth a try.
