Im now on my new NBN plan 100/40, im getting 85/32 to local ISP. ( Australia )
The great news, My FAST.IPTV has almost no buffer over the last 2 days.
I did change Nvidia Shield buffer size to very large also.
I would say 96% non buffer on all channels, if it does buffer, its only once for 1 second.
Very happy now.
Im with FAST now, I do find I can watch a channel for 30-60 mins then its starts to buffer.

Have you guys tried InfinityIPTV ? Best IPTV Provider at the Moment.
If this is how you choose to determine if an IPTV PROVIDER is good or not then you will have to move on many more times.
