This all seems like a you problem, not a service problem. Lack of patience and understanding is the main issue most people have with IPTV.

I am different than most resellers. I only take people on after speaking to them and getting them a referral code. I also only take on as many as I can handle and then close up new redditors and only take referral's from current clients. This way, I can give best support possible. I have a regular FT job, just do this to help friends and family.
