Sorry to hear that. Wondering why would your line be suspended... What was the change requested for the payment?

I wonder why people still bother with DSTV, I made the change to IPTV and have never regretted any minute of it. DSTV charges its customers outrageously and their customer service is poor that it makes SA Post look decent.

I'm sorry, but why exactly are you mad at a company for suspending service for non-payment? isnn't that a normal process, hhahahah, some people.

So declining your payment makes them unprofessional? interesting..... The next time my card gets declined at the grocery store I'm gonna yell at the cashier! hahahah

No money no service .. does not sound that stupid to me.. all iptv providers i now want you to pay first and then they deliver ( except a trial) . So what do you want them to do ? You create a new account if you are happy or you dump them. For some reason i think that this story has got 2 sides... (as always )
