First of all the "reviews" you have seen never mentioned this? Also if you did some research ypurself you would have known this beforehand. I am not a gears reloaded guy and I'm not trying to be an asshole just stating the obvious.

No problem with gears here, although I do not watch UK channels. I had beast tv before gears and it was shit! Buffering constantly.

So of all the services to pick from, and as somebody with a primary focus on watching UK content, you choose the only one out there that openly admits they don't offer any real support on their UK channels (which is actually the core case on a lot of them, but they don't openly state that)....and are then surprised by the end result?

There is more of a trash factor going on there then just gear's UK channels. I mean I get most people buying IPTV nowadays are pretty clueless to the concept reality that a lot of what providers are going to throw into their total channel lineup offering is essentially going to amount to throw in crap (which in all fairness is exactly why they still put it in there), but even a little bit of pre-purchase research effort could of gone a long way there man.
