My U.K. Helix sub was up for renewal today. I have used them for the last three months and have been very happy with the service. I think it was last month that they dropped PayPal for reasons that I don't know about and started to use e payouts for credit/debit card payments.
So last month, I was sceptical about renewing but decided to give it a go. If I have this right, the new payment involved buying a token from e payout who then send you a confirmation email with a code. You follow a link in the email, the code automatically populates the fields, payment goes through and you get your month of service.
So on to today. I think this is where I messed it up. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT. I logged into my Helix account and clicked on Payment. I auto filled in my details on my phone and clicked submit. I received a confirmation email from e payouts with a new code, but, I already had a code from last month. I entered last months code and got an error message. No problem, I'll just enter the new code that I just received. Error message. Shit.
So I raised a ticket. Payment sent, not working, yadda yadda yadda. Within ten minutes I received a reply (not going to use any names but, if you are reading this, you know who you are...) asking for proof. I sent three screen shots of my email confirmation and what I had done. Ten minutes after that, I got a resolution. 'I have marked this invoice as paid, please enjoy our service.'
So I now know that e payouts can be a bit ropey but, Helix will see you right. These guys are providing a service and know that customer service is important.
I'll be keeping an eye on my online bank account for any nefarious usage but, I can't fault Helix for the service they provide.

Helix has one of the best support teams I've had from an IPTV provider. Unfortunately, I won't be renewing due to the removal of Paypal as an option. Hope they can resolve it in the future.
