One HORRIBLE week with Epic IPTV and I can't get my money back

So, after subscribing with Helix for one month (now I miss them), I thought of looking for a better alternative for sports channels and Arabic ones. I found https://epiciptv.net/ . I paid $25 for a month assuming this will bring me the best quality ever. And my experience is horrible since then.

  1. There is no portal where you can get your credentials or submit tickets. Everything is happening through replying to the first email I got from them.
  2. They use a form by formstack.com and that's it, you can't claim any refund or talk to anyone to escalate.
  3. They don't provide M3U; I'm using Android TV. So, I had to download their APK, get the Mac Address, share it with them, and then they allow me access (this took 24 hours!).
  4. I logged in first time very excited, and then found most of Arabic and Sports channels are not working. I thought there was a problem with my connection, so I tried their VOD, and it was pretty good.
  5. Since then, I've been emailing them asking for a refund and service cancellation, but they keep answering with "send us a video of your problem," I kept recording and sending videos and then nothing.
  6. It takes them 4-5 hours to respond to a ticket which is crazy.

Some US channels have good quality, but I would not pay $25 for them, Helix was way better for $12!

** Update ** I just received the following email from them.

We have reviewed your video and have confirmed that most, except OSN Movie Premier, are all working file on our end. And so once again we do not believe this issue is with us.

A $5 setup fee was charged and so $20 was refunded as your account cannot be sold nor be given to anyone else.

First problem is thinking 25 a month would give you the best quality IPTV. This is a common misconception but I can see why. Second, 4 to 5 hours responding is probably average for IPTV and often depends on the time of day ect...I suppose on the positive side at least you didn't buy a year up front, chalk this up to a loss/lesson and get something that will perform well and suit you needs. Why wouldn’t you do a trial first especially if it’s $25 a month? That’s just insane. I don’t understand why ppl think they should get a refund either this is iptv that’s why there is trials to try it out before u buy it. You should look into Primestreams there the best and only $10 a month and they have Arabic channels also

Most providers don't offer a refund unfortunately since i believe it is also up to the customer to ask for a trial and if they don't offer one, then ask about the channels you really care about to get the best experience out of their service. Also responses that take 4 - 5 hours is really not that bad since you really can't hold them up to the same standards as your local cable tv or satellite provider. The best way to move forward from this bad experience is to do your own research and have the right expectations for IPTV (It's not going to be perfect all the time)

Sorry to hear such a crumby user experience. I don't know if you're going to get a refund on any of these providers, but hope you can from such a lousy short time.

i don't work for them but If you want arab channels send an email to this provider proarabiptv@gmail . please make sure you ask for a trial its very important, $25 will get you around 6 months with this firm. worth a try

I've had Beast IPTV for about 3 weeks now and they are awesome! The channel selection is more than I need and the streams are solid. I got it from BeastIPTV.com and the reseller there is top notch. Great support from the telegram app. My name on Telegram is Chows Nowski look me up to chat I'm in there often.

Crystal Clear IPTV is probably the best I came across so far. I got a month for 6 bucks.
