Helix support

I know there has been a concern about Helix and their invoice payment issues. I, too have been caught up in this mess. But, in a timely fashion, the support from them in this matter has been exemplary.

Their service they provide has been reviewed before, but the ticket support hasn't received a fair shake. All it takes is a little patience on the end user part, and they bend over backwards to keep your business.

Recently tried to pay my invoice. There is no chance i'm entering in credit card details for a normal card into a payment gateway that i've never heard of and using a pre-paid card gets rejected.

I can't pay them, payment has been rejected. I was always happy with their service, but I'm not trying to bend over backwards to pay them.

I like them , and they've responded promptly for me as well in the past, but I don't see anyway to pay them now and due to expire soon.

Stopped using it because of it. I got utterly confused how I pay my invoice without Paypal?

I did go through the effort of bending over backwards to pay them, as I've been very happy with their service for months. The last month though, their service appears to be going downhill. Lots of 24/7 channels are down. My service has started buffering every 20 seconds on most channels. Usually support has been top notch, but upon encountering this buffering issue, and 3 tickets later, I am no closer to having the issue solved, and have had 2 tickets closed as "solved" after being offered a home network troubleshooting procedure, that is not the cause of my problem. Even though I replied that I was still encountering issues. I hate to say it, but I think I'm going to have to find another provider again. Sad, because up until recently, I really loved this service

It took them a while to acknowledge that some channels were buffering last week when it was clear as day. Although it was cleared up it not the first time they got 'annoyed' that i was reporting buffering/freezing channels and was told to pick another source in their lineup. I did pick another source and it was freezing as well and they did nothing about it. I have since canceled my service and they have given me a partial refund. This may be par for the course as we all know IPTV is not that stable all the time. But its not only a problem with Helix but with other providers as well. I feel they dont have control of the sources or it takes time to resolve buffering issues with their sources.

It would be nice if there was a Live Channel list status so we can see if others are having issues. Discord helps with this but they dont support it.

They have been very responsive with other issues such as billing adding lines ect.

Same here on the bitcoin. It’s the only thing I’d use it for so can’t be bothered.

I was a FabIPTV refugee and stumbled upon Helix by chance. Will dip into the IPTV reviews and start taking some trials.

A big downside for Helix is they stopped accepting paypal thats why i move to iptvclouds and after 6 months iam so satisfied .
