Is this website a fraud?

by gkarwchan

Over the holidays, specifically on 25 December, I found a deal on https://subscription-iptv.com .

They had a deal for the holidays.

I just paid for 7 days trial, although I was very close to take the deal for one year.

Now, I am extremely happy I did that.

Anyway, I paid through paypal (which I am very happy I did, and didn't use the credit card).

I paid 4$ only , and submitted my MAC address and the device type I am using.

And for the record, while I was paying through paypal, I made sure that their website is opening a legitimate paypal forms from paypal website. So, I was sure it is through paypal.

But the seller name on paypal was not the company name, but a person name "Mohammad El Melh".

Anyway, since that day, I didn't receive any URL or any guide on how to sign up my device to their server.

I sent three emails so far, and tried to do a live chat on their website, with no reply at all.

The funny thing, is the live chat on their server, for 3 different times, every time I use it, it says that I am number 3 in the queue, and then after 30 seconds, a message will show that they are busy, and it is better if I contact them through email.

Anybody tried that website or service before?

This is my first time buy an IPTV service, so I am not sure if that is normal or not

No, it's not normal but its happening more and more frequently especially on Reddit sadly many IPTV resellers see it as an easy way of earning a quick buck, my advice would be to stick to the established players they may not be the cheapest and your far less likely to get stung. I posted some recommendations earlier start there and see how you get on good luck.

gkarwchan avoid random users offering you IPTV stick to the established resellers or sites. Personally, I've only ever been stung once and that was because the provider ran and lots of people where affected consider myself to be careful when it comes to IPTV. You will get a lot of others but experience has told me to be very wary.

MakeMyDay84

Sounds like fraud to me but could be wrong, serious providers is pretty fast to answer. Tell me what you need and Will set you up with a free trial without any money. Best regards.

That site is full of scam pop ups, would stay away

gkarwchan

I am the one who wrote the question above.

I want give an update on the statues

Yesterday I got an email from them with the URL

I applied it, and I got channels.

But it is very slow, and it is doing lots of buffering for many channels.

to switch a channel it takes almost a minute or sometime more for the new channel to start playing.

Join a forum mate and look for the longest serving members and check out reviews, always take a month at a time, plus if you join a forum and the supplier is not doing what he should be,The mods should get involved and remove them.

That's the problem with IPTV. Full of scammers, can't trust anyone. It's hilarious how many times I see "I pay $__ for my provider, yes it's more than others but at least it's a name you can trust!" and so many others agreeing, and then when you check the provider they've done a runner. And those are threads are sometimes only a few weeks/months old. Will always be the case in an unregulated market.

Doesn't help that the mods in the IPTV subreddits are retards.

Rule of thumb ... any provider that uses official sports logos and images of sports stars on their page is most prob a scam or a poor service
