Helix – Rediculous service. WHY YOU TAKE MY MONEY!

I am so disappointed in service. They ripped me off. I place an order on their page. I use service for a month and then it double charged me for two service. I pay once it did not work so I apy again.

I checked my Paypal and confirmed that two charges showed up.

I opened a ticket ask for a refund and this is the bullshit I get in image below.

They were extremely rude to me and did not listem to me the CUSTOMER! Customer always right. Total Fake Fraud.

I am going to charge back via Paypal.

They've been my regular supplier for a while now and although I've never had any billing issues they've always be courteous on support tickets.

Well according to that screenshot and your post, you fucked up and they won't give you a refund.

What they will do is give you the month you paid for + an extra 2 weeks for the hassle.

If i'm reading it correctly they are more than generous, you should take it as, after all, You fucked up.

Why is the service provider problem that you paid twice? They are offering you a reasonable solution for your mistake, they have not been rude. This is not a warning on a scam, this is just a warning on people not been carefull, messing it up and blaming others.

Customer is not always right. They didnt charge you twice, YOU paid twice. There is no such thing as refunds in the iptv world. Go get comcast if you want refunds.

It is anoying when people get a service thats not only cheap but very reliable and they have problem because they don't took the time to research how they work, always blame the service and not the fact that they messed up. IPTV is not your cable provider is plagued with issues that if you know how to work around them its a great cheap alternative, with even more options. Just research and learn about the service before you start complaining on reddit or anywhere else.

I'm using Helix and Vader for almost 3 months now, never had a problem and the customer service is great in both services.

The only problem with helix for me it's the channels list order, the should reduce the groups on the UK and USA channels into few groups, everyone in alphabetical order. They should fix the name channels and the EPG guide of some of them too.

Lol are you 12? Helix is a great service and they're only trying to cooperate with you through your lashing out. You agree to the terms of use in the IPTV world, you pay for the service and it's always final.. simple.

Ive been using them for 3 months now. Their check out method sucks (some 3d card thing which mine doesnt support) however, i just add funds via paypal and have had zero issues. Still one of the best iptvs out.

I don't see an issue here since you were offered an additional 6 weeks of service to compensate for the troubles (which was entirely your fault to begin with).

The customer is most definitely NOT always right! I’m so sick of idiots saying this! Maybe this guy is right, maybe he’s not, but he lost me when he used that bullshit line! I’ve been in customer service and sales my whole life and customers are wrong far more often than those they complain about.
