SupTv ordered through TV Service Club - Bit Media Services

This is my first time writing a review and it is a bit different than most. I cannot actually review the service as it hasn't been activated.

I ordered late Sunday night UK time. I saw this on the website :

"Please note the setups are manually processed - this may take anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours, we appreciate your patience"

I thought that it was unusual to actually take any service to take 24 hours so went ahead and ordered. 24 hours later no activation so I used the Discord link in my confirmation mail to see if I could speed things up. I immediately saw a number of posts with the same complaint as myself. The admins or mods responded in chat with comments like it is being processed etc. One comment was don't worry the subscription won't be booked as running until it is actually activated. (how absolutely wonderful of them) There was also advice to open a ticket even though they provided Discord. Ok, I thought, so I opened a ticket.

Almost 24 hours later the ticket hasn't been responded to.

Almost 48 hours later and the service STILL hasn't been activated. Went to Discord channel again before writing this review and was told by a"VIP" user : "that's just the way it is bro. These tickets have to be manually activated. Sometimes they get sorted right away and other times much longer. It all comes down to workload for the given week."

So my honest opinion at the moment is I would steer clear of TV Service Club - Bit Media Services and SupTv in particular.
Maybe I will give daily updates on how long it takes them to activate my subscription.

UPDATE

The person who runs TV Service club got in touch with me on Discord last night, seems the SUPTV guy is having serious issues with servers and DDOS attacks.

Anyway "Owner" gave me a free trial of another service and has refunded my money. I can't complain about that.

Pretty stand up thing to do in my opinion so I won't say stay away from TV Service Club as my issue has been dealt with satisfactorily. Thank you for that.

So, in short, I am now a happy bunny again.

Post your order id in the discord it will get activated. There is to many crap/false tickets I'm pretty sure atm. Talk to me on there @Swift I'm a vip and help people.

tv club support is so shit i'm still waiting for my suptv and wicked tv to be activated 2 days ago

It's because SupTV is down and I can't even access the panel and the owner says he screwed up something while adding new servers and at the same time was getting DDosed, etc. I have announced this on discord as well for people who had asked me regarding it. I will just go ahead and refund you guys since you guys are impatient. Again, I am sorry about it and if you guys want to move to another provider for no extra cost then let me know. Thanks!

By the way, not to mention, some IPTV subscribers and re-sellers are the most rude service people I have ever dealt with. No patience, inconsiderate, and no refund for their own error or misleading information. I have lost money basically with the usual I can't do anything else comment. It drives me insane and sad after looking forward to a good sub. So be warned in getting service from just anybody. To people selling, always remember that if you give good service, you get money and customers back. Loyalty can't be bought with a one-time sub.

Same thing happened to me. Even sent them a message about it and nothing. I know it’s only $5 but still annoying.

Same issue for me with a Vadar sub .. I was with TV service for Fab sub and when it went offline I purchased a Vadar sub to replace it In the meantime TV service came back with a new Rad sub to replace my Fab but they still never activated my vadar sub even though they sent me my credentials

What a joke screw TV Service Club. Get there name out there and get rid of them.Felt this way with gears because there UK channels go down all the time and when you tell them they say UK channels is a bonus even no they are one of the more expensive ones out there so i am getting rid of them after this cycle.The only thing that has kept me this long is the vary good guide that my wife likes.I have been using area 51 and its been vary good for me no buffering and the football this past week was super good picture quality 60 fps.checked back to gears it was not as good of a pitcher there was no lag with there service ether.But switching back and forth i saw a big difference.I gears cost me 34 dollars with the guide for to TVs.Area 51 cost me five dollars for to TVs.I have read a lot of reviews that say that are not bad but for me they are vary good.I think they are getting there shit together and i like there 24/7 channels been watching LIVE PD set ate 60 fps in high def.

So I just got an email from them giving me a refund saying: “This is to let you know that we have refunded your payment for the invoice shown below. If you weren't expecting a refund, your order likely failed our fraud prevention steps.” Ok, at least I got my money back.

TV Service Club is an amazing service. You just have to discuss some of these things in Discord. I always do that if there is a problem. Mind you, IPTVs have some problem but with low prices, that's just a small step for what is being offered. VOD, Catchup, etc. I am not being payed and neither am I an employee but a satisfied customer as always.

I am using tvservice.club for over 6months with an another server stream and tvservice.club is fair good.
