I've been using this service about 2 months now. I found them shortly after SetTv went down because I have a SetPlex SP-110 and needed a provider specifically for that.
#Channels:
Excellent. Around 400 something actual channels even though the numbers go higher. Pretty much all the US/UK/Canada content and some Portugese. There are a bunch of Spanish channels that I have not tested because I only watch English. I'd say uptime is about 99% on most of the major channels. They have 10-15 channels for every major sport and have all the games, but the sports are not always as reliable as their main channels. That said the main channels are solid. I think out of the last 60 days or so I've only seen 1 outage and it was when a big storm storm was passing through the Southeast US and the channels said Direct TV for a couple hours. Zero buffering issues even when the channel was down.
I pretty much have Family Jr streaming 24/7 and my in-laws visited and watched Fox News 24/7 and had no complaints.
I'm assuming they provide their own channels for the big name networks somewhere out of Texas or Florida and are restreaming the sports packages from someone else like Rocketstreams or something.
#VOD:
Way better than anything else. This is my jam. I'm not into TV, the wife and kids are. For me it's all about commercial free on demand. These guys have all the new movies and TV shows and is about as comprehensive as what I've seen on Vader streams. Zero downtime on this. Zero buffering with instant fast forward and rewind. I can't say enough good things about this, seriously outside of sports screw the channels, I just want this.
#App/interface
I use a Magbox, an Sp110, a FireTV, and my Galaxy S9. They use Setplex NoraGo for the app and interface. It's clean and very fast. The EPG is meh. A lot of channels say No Programming when a show is actually on. This is in and out, accurate sometimes not accurate others.
The main thing I like is it looks like a real cable box and the fast forward and rewind on VOD is very clean and instant.
The main thing I don't like is on Android there is no quick way to get to the EPG except for the channel I am watching. The Magbox and Sp110 have a button for it.
#Support
No phone support. Instant chat support on the website was quick to respond but is only there during the day USA time like 9am to 10pm or something. They respond to email to but pretty much got everything done over the instant chat since I'm not going to sit around waiting for an email. I haven't had any issues here, seemed professional like Amazon or any big company.
#Price
$25 a month and 4 devices. This is higher than I'd like. I feel like I'm getting about the same value as Netlflix but a lot better than Hulu TV. But they limit it to 1 home network and 1 phone.
IT REALLY SUCKS that I cannot activate devices outside of 1 house/IP unless it's a cell phone. And the service kicks off the cell phone if I connect it to a WiFi that isn't my home where my other boxes are. It's like it's smart enough to allow a mobile data connection but won't allow me to watch anything on WiFi at work. Freaking sucks but it's my only real gripe about the service.
It also doesn't help T-mobile seems to throttle their channel streams. I had no issues on testing on Verizon but I don't have Verizon.
I got a VPN with privateinternetaccess and put my home router on it and got my phone on it all using the same server, this mostly works and stops tmobile from throttling.
Also, only a 24-hour trial. Short as hell. I ended up signing up for 2 with a different email when the first expired. They didn't seem to care.
#Privacy
They claim they do not keep any information beyond email and name for more than 24 hours. But they only take authorize.net for payment so I'm guessing at least some information is stored in authorize.net where they can't access it. I used a prepaid visa to pay anyway that I bought with cash so they dont have my identity anyway.
#Conclusion
I will keep this service. It has some minor rough edges but is by far the most polished IPTV experience I've seen. But with all IPTV I am vastly disappointed with every other service I've tried and with this I was hoping to find something that would blow Netflix away. This does okay, and being honest I wouldn't kick it to the curb unless the VOD went down and the main kids channels started buffering, 2 things which I've never had a single issue with.
I've been using them off and on since 2017. Never had buffers or outages. Non-US channels are definitely lacking. There was a major app update recently which caused problems with the channel guide for a few days but it hasn't had any missing data in there since.
