There is no shortage of non-resellers here who routinely recommend not buying more then 1 month of anything, and especially in the event it's your first extended time trying a service.

That people like like you readily ignore it, while also expecting to get fully reimbursed after rushing in to a bad buy (in the name of saving what mind you...less then $1 per/month over what a standard monthly sub tends to cost), makes for a pretty lame duck review imo. More focus on the actual service itself and less ranting about what essentially amounts to your own bad decision would of been better.

Vader’s has a FB page that you can get information on outtages etc. Also they have a telegram group. If you want 100% reliable service I suggest Comcast or Direct TV. It’s 15 bucks a month for hundreds or channels what do you expect ?

Why would anyone expect a refund for an illegal service? Only spend what you can afford to lose in this game. Monthly subs are the smart way to go.

I had the same experience except I didn't bother with the hassle of fighting them. My 3 months should be lapsed soon. Never again.

His a reseller, he activated your account when you paid him. Service had issues and he replied. They don't run vader and are just middle man.

If you want to return something at the store, do you take the money out of cashiers pocket ?

Because thats exactly what you are doing. Once a reseller creates a account, his never getting his money back from the provider.

Hi, this is the owner of Vaders.Store , just thought I should put in my two cents on the situation.

Simply put, you lost the PayPal dispute because you agreed to my terms of service on my website. The TOS specifically states, service may go down for updates, attacks, and so on. This is all very clear on my website and I want that to be noticed. Next, we state no refunds are given and all sales are final.

1. You used a trial, you got a feel for our service and how it went. You liked the service, you subscribed to 3 months.

2. I am simply a reseller of Vaders. You buy an account, I make the account, and that's that. I don't make your trial smooth and your 3 months not smooth on purpose.

3. There are PLENTY of variables that cause your issues. Vaders was going through a rough patch recently, but I can now say that it is going much better. And I agree with you, there are a lot of excuses that they give us as resellers as well but what do you expect when you have to operate on such a large scale in such an unexpected time frame.

4. I will be glad to help you with any other issues that I am able to help with. Just email support@vaders.store . I am not trying to scam anyone. I know people work for their money. That's why I try to give as many tips as I can and help how I can via email. I respond to over 50 emails a day because I don't want people to waste their money.

There are so many variables. It could be your ISP, modem or the hardware/app that you are using. Vader’s has a huge customer base and they go down for service more than most. I and many others use Vader’s everyday I have experienced down times as well but that is IPTV in a nutshell. You almost have to have a primary and backup service (Vader’s and Eternal TV for me).

Sorry you had a bad time with vaders, I currently have them and see the occasional downtime but definitely not to the degree you experienced, I hope you've found something that is working for you.

Vaders is terrible. I had it, would complain nothing. No results or action taken. I was a member of the vaders support FB groups. They banned me because they didn't want my opinions on their FB pages. SCREW VADERS !!!! SHIT TIER SERVICE !!!! I will never give them money again. There is much better providers out there.

I have Vaders.Store and I pay month to month . I had buffering problem with the app and I text them ; they suggest me to use perfect player and now is way much better , minimum buffering and I am using a IPVanish VPN without issues . I have Area501 as a backup.

The issue with paypal is you need to have documentation that you attempted to work it out & asked for a refund with the seller.

In the future document all issues, and send to seller asking for help.

Document the amount of time it takes, to respond/repair, and eventually if it gets bad enough give that documentation to the seller for a refund.

If they dont comply goto paypal, upload all of it and all communications with the seller and ask for a partial refund. Chances are they will give you the whole thing back

Premiumiptvsolutions.com is the place to go to for Vaders streams its a bit more expensive like 21 a month for the reason it's a transation to another country however I'm satisfied been buying monthly for a year
