So far, ok2 has been very good, reliable IPTV service for Canadian channels only. I've noticed that a lot of the u.s. channels are down or Loop a lot or give a satellite weak signal message.
To name some channels:
CP24 and City pulse HD works, Omni 1 and Omni 2 global work, CTV is in 480p, CBC doesn't work, CTV Halifax is down, fox hd works, major screen artifacting and audio issues on ABC HD West, CBS HD West is down, cw11 HD West is down, CBC Calgary work, CTV Calgary work, bc1 HD is down, Global BC HD works, CTV Vancouver HD work, CTV to Vancouver HD work, City Vancouver HD work, CBC Vancouver works, The Game Show Network HD work, TV Land works, me TV HD works but it's stretched picture, FX HD and FXX HD both work butt have stretch video, Comedy Network HD work, TBS HD works, Paramount Network HD works but has stretch video or distorted video, Discovery Channel Canada and USA both work, Smithsonian HD is down, love nature HD is down, history HD has looping video and audio distortion, life HD is down, IFC HD is working, TLC HD is working, DIY HD work, National Geographic HD work, Animal Planet work, food TV HD work, Vice land Works in HD, AMC HD is down, HDTV HD Canada and USA are down, Peachtree TV HD is working, Space HD is working, TNT HD is down, slice HD is working, W Network HD is working, showcase HD is down, any HD is working o w n HD is working, Travel HD is down, Treehouse TV is working, why TV Canada's down, TVO Ontario is working, Nickelodeon TV is working
Most of the adult content works has a fair degree of Japanese adult videos if you're into that. No content for the lbgt community unfortunately.
There's a lot of content for Multicultural communities as well including Tamil, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian, Chinese, British, Irish, Bengali, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, Etc
The video Club has a lot of good selection for kids but most of the Hollywood stuff and action movies doesn't work and the searching feature doesn't work and I have seen the EPG not load the right information sometimes but for the most part it does work properly.
Channels that do go down often say would be the FIFA abs UFC channels this coming 2008 in Russia, but ESPN and TSN both work rock-solid. this IPTV provider doesn't seem to have a Kodi plugin as well. As far as I know it's $100 a year per Mac address.
I have noticed the portal lock up on my mag254 often, so I have to reboot my device very often to get it to load. There is constant portal maintenance during the day or at night and I feel like the service for the most part is working for the basic stuff but I wouldn't be comfortable inviting some friends over to say watch the UFC fight or a hockey or football game, so the fact that I only paid $100 a year for this is a good deal for me but I have seen some people on forums on Reddit and pay up to 10 to $15 a month for this.
Oh no I'm pretty happy with this. but that's only good because I paid next to nothing for it
Has anyone been able to make it work on Roku? Or has Roku's recent crackdown on apps put the kibosh to that?
EDIT: Seems to work through Plex, with the IPTV plugin. I'm going to be testing it out for the next month...
