Stviptv is a scam

On 7/28/2018 I attempted to order a one year service “Special Deal” plan for $75.00 (plus $2.48 handling) from STV Software Solutions with my Paypal account through American Express. For some reason the transaction appeared to be incomplete, as the computer screen blanked out and went white. Approximately 10-20 minutes later I entered the STV Software Solutions website again. At this time the “Special Deal” was over, and the one year service plan was now $125.00. I placed an order with my Paypal account through American Express. Again the transaction appeared incomplete with the computer screen blanking out. Desiring to have this service, I attempted a third time to order their one year service plan. On this attempt, the transaction appeared to complete. I immediately contacted STV Software Solutions in attempt to cancel the first two orders, “if” they did indeed transact. Assuming this would be a simple matter to correct, I waited for their reply. There was no reply, and to this date, they do not acknowledge receipt of any funds from me, however, they do acknowledge 3 orders (invoices #887, 888 and 889). My American Express account shows three payment transactions made to STV Software Solutions on 7/28/2018 ($125.00, $77.48, and $125.00). My corresponding Paypal account shows three transactions made through American Express on my behalf to STV Software Solutions. I have tried to contact STV in 8 (Open tickets) time to settle this complaint and got no response to this date. It is my desire at this time, after attempting and failing to come to an equitable solution with STV Software Solutions, to cancel all three payments immediately. I have read such good things about "IPROCKET" so i decided to become a reseller nut apparently they DO NOT come thru with there tech support. I tried to send them emails several time and still no response because of a lot of foreign channels not being in there respective language and some just showing a black screen. I also tried to contact server support and also the same NO RESPONSE.
